I got Charlie as my property manager and she is just fabulous, her quick responses and information you need she will help you with everything. She is so kind that she supported us throughout the whole process of tenancy and moving in a new property and out of the previous Apartment, things were much easier to sort out with her help. I met other people at the office as well and they treated us very nicely. I am so happy to be able to get a property through them. I would highly recommend people to come and visit or seek help to get yours ????

16th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)The friendly, hard working and professional team at Fells Gulliver went above and beyond to ensure the smooth progress of the whole chain when we bought a house they were selling. They worked tirelessly to support us, with regular communication and updates. They were always honest, helpful and patient. Having had a glimpse of how hard it is to manage a chain, their calm, cheerful resilience made a stressful time bearable with the most fantastic outcome. They are not only great estate agents, they are genuinely lovely decent people. We won’t be moving again for a long time as we are now living in our dream home but when we do, we will use Fells Gulliver. We have no hesitation it recommending them wholeheartedly.
23rd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Dealt with Malcom (Steeden) and Matt in his absence. Malcolm was responsive and showed a keen interest to be involved with the sale. Gave some constructive advice, which we followed and delighted with the results both in terms of the viewing, all undertaken by Goadsby, and the follow-up to these. End result was a sale effected quickly at a price in excess of our expectations. Very pleased with the regular contact and overall experience.

An honest and extremely helpful discussion on what's involved and how to proceed. Highly recommended as a point of contact and will not hesitate to use should the need arise.

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.

Independent agents who work on the sellers behalf (many agents seem to forget this!). We have had experience of many agents, mostly abysmal, so Becky & Gaynor are a refreshing change. Highly recommend this Fordingbridge based Company. The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.

They were extremely quick to respond and kept us updated throughout the process. They were happy to manage the process as we wanted, with care and attention and secured us a new tenant in 10 days from first meeting to move in date. Above all, they were professional, courteous and respectful. I would definitely recommend Winkworth letting team!

Un livable 5 months should have really had rent money paid back- 19th Jul 2026 (24 days ago)I was approached by Mr Jack Chitty of Woolley & Wallis, who assured me that he could sell our house for the asking price or more. I’ve heard similar promises before from other companies, and they all left us disappointed, but Jack was different. I trusted him, and I’m glad I did.<br><br>From the very beginning, Jack was in constant communication, guiding us through what needed to be done and offering genuine support throughout the process. He is an amazing bloke to speak to, highly professional, yet able to share a joke when he could tell I was struggling. His manner made the whole experience far easier than I expected.<br><br>Not only did Jack deliver on his word, he sold our house for more than the asking price we had set. He also showed a level of care and commitment that went well beyond what you’d expect from a real estate agent. I genuinely feel that I’ve gained more than just excellent service; I’ve gained a brother.<br><br>I cannot recommend Jack Chitty and Woolley & Wallis highly enough.
