4th Apr 2023 (1 year ago)i was very disapointed with morgan and davies no feed back and no effort beign made by them only 2 viewings in 6 monthe changed my estate agent and have had 3 viewing in 1 week plus good feed back for example they give me the name of the people who are viewing the property etc etc where as morgan and davies did not confidentiality according to them what a load of bull i would not recommend this estate agent to anyone very disapointed- 15th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)I have used Morgan & Davies, both Aberaeron and Lampeter offices, several times over the past 21 years and they are, by far, the best in the area. They are efficient, professional and approachable. I wouldn't use anybody else to sell my property.

26th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Incompetent service to us as buyers. Our offer rejected but we were not informed. No reply to our email confirming our property sold. Manager clueless as to why we were treated this way. 1 star too much.

No issues and everything that's needed addressing has been done super quickly. First rental that's felt like a home and that's hugely for the amazing work their employees are doing.

He even helped us to source our next home. Our house was marketed to such a high standard that it sold within a week. The photos and drone videos were amazing.
