26th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)Having recently bought a property in Aberystwyth, I was extremely impressed with the exceptional service provided by Aled Ellis & Co Ltd. From start to finish, the team were professional, friendly and approachable, making the whole process feel straightforward and well managed. With over 35 years’ experience as an independent estate agent, Aled’s knowledge of the local property market was clear throughout. Communication was prompt and helpful, and I always felt well informed and supported. I would gladly recommend Aled Ellis & Co Ltd to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the Aberystwyth area.
22nd Sep 2026 (4 weeks ago)? From the bottom of our hearts — truly grateful to the whole team

Evans Bros Estate Agents haven’t just helped us move house — they’ve helped us begin our retirement, and for that we will be forever thankful. The whole journey was flawless from the very first day right through to us walking through the door of our new home.

We owe so much to every single member of the Evans Bros team who was involved in our purchase — you were all absolutely wonderful. And we must give the biggest thanks to Angharad in particular, who was our absolute rock throughout.

When our first sale fell through, we were heartbroken — but Angharad and the team never gave up on us. She spoke tirelessly with the sellers, fought our corner, and secured us a precious two?week extension before they would have put the house back on the market. That little bit of time made all the difference — we found a buyer in just 12 days, and still completed on our new home exactly as we’d hoped.

Everyone worked together so brilliantly — liaising between us, the sellers, and all the solicitors with such care, patience and determination, pushing everything through smoothly when it felt like things could have fallen apart.

Because of all of you at Evans Bros, we are now happily settled in our new home — ready to put our feet up, enjoy our retirement, and start the lovely job of making this place our own. We honestly don’t know what we would have done without you.

From the bottom of our hearts — thank you, every one of you. You truly are the best.
15th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Very good. Communication excellent. Sale agreed in 5 days. Thank you to Ifan Davies for his excellency in selling my house.
21st May 2026 (22 weeks ago)Failed to put offers to the owner and laughed down the phone at the offers. Property then went on to sell for less than my offer. How you treat someone is how you treat everyone.
7th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)No, viewings, no feed back and no communication in 3 months, unless we called them. Only call received was when the agent who valued our property called to say he was leaving Halls-- Photography was just below average. By and large a could not care less attitude, except for Molly, who is proactive when given the opportunity to be so.
1st Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)Excellent service, Gwen and Mike were a pleasure to work with throughout the process. Communication was great, couldn't have asked for better.
13th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)One of the best if not the best in town. I was renting a room for a professional. All my bills included in the price. If I ever had a issue and emailed, they always helped to fix the problem in good time and the one time I was caught slightly short on rent due to a stay in hospital they were very understanding and gave me no trouble. Couldn't recommend this agency more.
8th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)Always kept informed of progress on the sale of my house would recommend Good Estate Agents ??????
12th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Agent was late to show me around a property, Emails not getting answers, I asked to ask the landlord to reduce rent payment or contract min term due to damp in the house but i was told this wasn't something the landlord wanted to do even though i seen on the site that the rent had already been dropped. Over all disappointing considering they have won awards i expected better maybe they are more for selling houses then renting.- 16th Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)Whoever I spoke to were polite and helpful. We had plenty of viewings and were kept up to date with feedbacks from them. The initial valuation was done in a professional manner and photography also progressed professionally. Very satisfied with the experience.
11th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Working professional here. I used MS during my time in Aber. Fantastic agency. The best in Town. They are quick and attentive to every problem. Problems are solved QUICK. I stayed in castle terrace. I Never met the landlord but they were brilliant with helping me with anything I needed via MS. The landlord had handymen on dial to fix any issue. Superb. Highly recommended this agency for anyone, especially professionals that want minimal grievance.
12th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)A beautiful green space with differentiated areas, equally amazing and peaceful. Brings back childhood memories especially the walled garden and ponds. Visit recommended
