21st May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Failed to put offers to the owner and laughed down the phone at the offers. Property then went on to sell for less than my offer. How you treat someone is how you treat everyone.
13th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Unfortunately Halls did not live up to our expectations…over promising and under delivering proved apparent with inaccurate valuation, poor communication and we felt there was only interaction when we initiated it and although that proved helpful initially, it was short lived and the inactivity and lack of interaction continued… So very disappointed and we will now have to start the process again elsewhere…

If I ever had a issue and emailed, they always helped to fix the problem in good time and the one time I was caught slightly short on rent due to a stay in hospital they were very understanding and gave me no trouble. Couldn't recommend this agency more.

When something was found to be missing from the house it took a letter from my solicitor for them to acknowledge responsibility and pay to replace the missing item. No apology. Extremely poor level of service and rude. Not to mention irresponsible and unprofessional. Basic care and concern fro the security of my property as their client non existant.

Padarn property staff were always highly professional, but what set them apart from the rest of the estate agent I'd worked with in Aberystwyth when I'd previously rented as a student, was how they were just genuine, kind, really lovely people. I honestly couldn't recommend them enough!
