10th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)5 stars doesn’t quite do my experience justice, I dealt with Beccy throughout my purchase and I can’t thank her enough. As a first time buyer, Beccy has been the most helpful person I could have wished to deal with. She answered every question I asked no matter how silly, spent hours of her time pushing for completion on my behalf when I felt like I was getting nowhere and was a genuinely nice person to deal with during the most stressful time.

James was extremely solicitous and friendly throughout and helped to make the whole experience as easy and pleasant as a house sale could be. James answered all questions, gave advice and positive encouragement where needed. Every person we spoke to at S&P were polite, friendly and professional, which seems to be their mantra. We would not hesitate to recommend Strutt & Parker, Shrewsbury.

They made the whole process of selling my home so easy, and I felt very supported throughout the journey. I highley recommend using their services, if you are thinking of selling your home.

I own 3 rental properties that Fiona & the lettings team have managed for me for the last 16 years. They have always made it a pleasure to deal with and always selected the most suitable tenants that were available at the time. In 16 years the properties have always been rented out and never stood empty. They have always kept me informed of any minor works needed doing & organised the relevant trade to get the job done at a reasonable price. My Father has recently passed and was a part share owner in the properties so I had to get valuations for probate. I have never dealt with the sales side of the business before and was introduced to Alex Bebb. I cannot thank Alex enough as he was very understanding at this sad time and went about his business in a very professional and respectful manner. He liaised with my tenants and assured them that I was not thinking of selling the properties and sent me email and written valuations all within a few days. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others.

If we had any questions or concerns they were dealt with quickly and efficiently, guidance and support as offered when needed. The staff were very professional, approachable and made what could have been a stressful process run smoothly.

They have explained everything in fine detail and nothing is to much trouble for them. Everything we asked for they have provided. We have been very pleased with their service so far and would gladly recommend them.
24th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Found them to be extremely arrogant, who complains about a purchasers solicitor being on holiday in the middle of the school holidays. Obviously never sold a property in the summer before. Then expects the purchaser to let the vendor to be able to enter the property after contracts and payment have been made. Typical expectation of estate agents, middle men who do nothing and treat purchasers like dirt. Can't wait for the housing market to stop and the boot is on the other foot, and estate agents have to earn a living.

She was able to advise on creating a first class brochure which showed our house off perfectly. Throughout the process Lucy maintained regular contact with prompt responses when we raised questions. Lucy was on hand to either offer advice when showing potential buyers around or did them herself if we requested. Overall we were very pleased with the service we had from listing our property to sale/completion. Great team, very professional and really helpful, highly recommended. Gary and Shirley
