He was very efficient in keeping us updated on the progress of the chain and very proactive in sorting problems within the chain as and when they came up. We had more dealings with Tom than what I did with our own estate agents who handled our sell. Would definitely recommend Strutt & Parker if you are thinking of putting your house on the market.
7th Jan 2026 (20 weeks ago)After meeting several estate agents and getting valuations from all them, we were immediately impressed by Knight Franks professional and friendly approach plus their positive response to our property. Although we waited quite a long time to decide to proceed, Knight Frank were understanding, realistic, efficient and professional throughout. They prepared marketing materials, gave clear information about pricing, targeted appropriate clients for our property throughout a very difficult time. Florence Biss was our main contact and we cannot rate her highly enough, great communication, positive throughout and always responsive to our concerns. We ultimately achieved a positive outcome to a very complicated sale of house, land and outbuildings which I am not sure we would have achieved with some of the other companies. I am happy to recommend Knight Frank

Stags had dealt with the sale of my grandfather's property in 1979 and the high level of service received then has continued. I would use Stags again and recommend to other.

We have never had such proactive, caring, and personal service from any other agent with moving house. Totally changing the estate agent cliché. So much so I'd love to work with this company myself. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart. 100 % highly recommended!

11th Apr 2026 (6 weeks ago)We recently bought a house through Wilkie May & Tuckwood (which was not planned as we did have another house purchase lined up but for reasons outside of our control (very slow third parties…) this didn’t go through). Our chain below was ready to exchange but our purchase was nowhere near ready, so we had to make the decision to look at other properties as our chain looked as if it would fall apart if there was no progression. We found a house listed with Wilkie which my wife and I did fall in love with when we visited. We explained our situation to Thea and advised we would need to get the purchase through as quick as possible to try and keep our chain together. In record time (8 weeks) the house sale was through and we’ve now moved in and beginning to enjoy our new lives. Throughout the process, Richard, Thea, Mark and Vicky were incredibly helpful, responsive and friendly. I have no doubt in my mind that their work on this purchase is a big part of the reason why we were able to get the purchase through and save our chain in such a quick time. Even after the purchase had gone through, the team at Wilkie have still been willing to help with queries and questions we have about the local area and services. Honestly, if you’re looking at a house being marketed to through these guys you’re in safe hands. This is clearly a company who take pride in their work and the local area. We felt valued as buyers which was very refreshing. Thanks for everything you’ve done for our family!

26th Jun 2025 (10 mo. ago)As Palmer Snell is part of a larger network, they had to deal with a central office which delayed thing at times. All the people, i dealt with were very pleasant and helpful. I was a little disappointed with the photography as all the staging was left to me and nothing was arranged to make it look better.

19th May 2026 (5 days ago)After 17 months trying to sell with 3 different consecutive agents (traditional) I decided to take a chance with an innovative agent as you describe yourselves. I asked a lady who had just sold with you and she was encouraging. My agent arrived Tuesday, photographed Thursday, checked ok Sunday and advertised Monday. Immediately I had 2 viewings Friday before 10am. By 2.30 pm I had an offer which I accepted. All in 10 days.
