We have never had such proactive, caring, and personal service from any other agent with moving house. Totally changing the estate agent cliché. So much so I'd love to work with this company myself. 27th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)When we were buying our house in Washford, Wlikie May & Tuckwood were the agent for the seller. Unfortunately, our sale was riddled with problems which held up the purchase, turning it into a stop-start process for nine frustrating months. But, Wilkie May & Tuckwood's perfect understanding of our difficulties and their highly professional help in solving them, was exemplary. We did not know that estate agents could be as good as Wilkie May & Tuckwood are. Huge thanks go to Justin, Ellie and Faye at Wilkie May & Tuckwood in Watchet.

19th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)After 17 months trying to sell with 3 different consecutive agents (traditional) I decided to take a chance with an innovative agent as you describe yourselves. I asked a lady who had just sold with you and she was encouraging. My agent arrived Tuesday, photographed Thursday, checked ok Sunday and advertised Monday. Immediately I had 2 viewings Friday before 10am. By 2.30 pm I had an offer which I accepted. All in 10 days.
