They have both been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process of selling our property.<br><br>Selling a house can be stressful, and there were plenty of ups and downs along the way, but Molly and Ellie were always so helpful, supportive and kept us updated every step of the way. 19th Jun 2026 (13 weeks ago)All staff very friendly and particular thanks to Kieran who was very patient and helpful. He was very good at liaising with the solicitors and keeping things moving. We were selling from afar and they were able to be key holders and to advise about local tradespeople which was really helpful.

They maintain communication throughout a lengthy process, repeatedly checking the sale progress with both the buyer and seller. They respond rapidly and positively to all requests. They are professional while being friendly. I strongly recommend them.
