From the moment I booked my viewing, his communication was excellent; friendly, clear, and prompt. He even called me just 20 minutes after my first viewing to check how it went, which made me feel genuinely valued as a client. Throughout the process, he answered every one of my many questions with patience and detail, no matter how small they seemed. His knowledge of the property was spot on, and his timely updates meant I was never left wondering what was happening next. They were proactive in marketing and selling the property, and their communication throughout the whole process was excellent, keeping me informed of developments as they happened. Darren, Nellie & Robert were friendly and easy to deal with and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
