17th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)Go out of your way to avoid this agency, we have been landed with the landlord from hell who has painted over mould, left us without a working shower and let themself into the property without any notice.<br><br>Although this is not the agency's fault, it shows there is no vetting process in place before they take on clients. As well as that, they have been zero help in aiding us in contacting our landlord who we simply cannot get hold of and may have vanished off the face of the earth for all we know. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Viewings were organised promptly by Aspens following the sales advert and board within the property. I was kept informed as a matter of course, and any questions as to the progress of the sale were handled by Alex White at Aspens. Thoroughly recommended.

From start to finish, everyone was incredibly supportive, professional and genuinely cared about helping us through what can be a stressful process.<br><br>A huge thank you to David, who first showed us the property and was friendly and knowledgeable. Michael went above and beyond to help get our offer over the line, patiently answering our endless questions (even late into the evenings!) and always taking the time to reassure us when we were feeling anxious. And thank you to Duncan, who was consistently transparent, proactive and communicative throughout the sale. He kept us updated, chased our solicitor when needed and helped keep everything moving.<br><br>Buying your first home can feel overwhelming, but the team made the whole experience so much smoother. We couldn’t be more grateful and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you all for helping us buy our first house!

Highly recommended and I am very happy with my decision. She finalised a 3 bedroom house for me near to Addlestone and Chertsey.
