However, the service is very dependent on the Property Manager assigned to manage the property we rent.<br>I am delighted to recognize Madeleine Turns as an excellent property manager. Always professional, dedicated, prompt and very responsive and empathetic to our needs and challenges.<br>Since she has taken over, we have been over the moon with the service we receive and are very happy engaging with her.<br>Well done Hamptons for hiring an excellent Property Manager! Please ensure you nurture and look after her as she certainly does you proud. But what made it for me was the level of communication. Always proactive, frequent, and solution-oriented - he helped us coordinate with both sides solicitors, and made what can be a stressful process feel under control. Would not hesitate to work with him again.

9th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)Avoid them, rude and unethical practices<br><br>Avoid renting here at all costs. Our move-out and tenancy experience with this agency, and specifically our property manager Christina, was defined by rude correspondence, intimidation tactics, and highly unethical financial practices.<br><br>Despite paying our rent in full, they attempted to double-charge us over at checkout. Worse, they tried to unlawfully retain a huge portion of our deposit using completely fabricated charges. They billed us a huge "redecoration fee" for standard wear-and-tear and attempted to charge us for pre-existing issues—including carpet stains, curtains and sink scratches—that were all clearly documented on our move-in inventory. Christina even deliberately went back on verbal agreements she made on-site regarding these charges on painting. She even tried to blame us for pre-existing moth infestation on carpets and other issues during our stay which was documented on our checkin report.<br><br>Fortunately, we kept meticulous records and took them to the official Tenancy Deposit Scheme dispute service, where we won our dispute and forced the return of a major portion of our deposit. They prey on tenants who don't know their rights. Protect your money and peace of mind, and rent elsewhere.

17th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)Go out of your way to avoid this agency, we have been landed with the landlord from hell who has painted over mould, left us without a working shower and let themself into the property without any notice.<br><br>Although this is not the agency's fault, it shows there is no vetting process in place before they take on clients. As well as that, they have been zero help in aiding us in contacting our landlord who we simply cannot get hold of and may have vanished off the face of the earth for all we know. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Joe showed me around some properties and assisted me in all the in's and out's of looking to buy a property. He is such a warm, friendly and helpful guy, and made things so easy for me, always going above and beyond to answer any of my questions and made me feel totally at ease and looked after during the whole process. Really impressed! Thank you so much! ??????

He kept us updated throughout and was really patient when things got a bit difficult. We really appreciate all his hard work and would happily recommend him to anyone selling their home.

There aren't many estate agents that you can trust and are genuine but I highly recommend this estate agent specially Ross. 18th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Sanaz is truly exceptional.<br>She is not just a great estate agent; she is one of those rare people who genuinely cares about the people she works with.<br>When I first came to view the apartment, it was actually the very first apartment I saw. I immediately fell in love with it and with Chelsea Harbour, and Sanaz was the person who showed it to me.<br>At the time, I was going through a divorce and the application process required a lot of paperwork and documentation. I explained my situation to Sanaz and asked for her help. She immediately reassured me and said, “Don’t worry, I know how it works and I will help you.” And she really did.<br>She guided me through the entire process, made everything so much easier and helped me move into the apartment very quickly. What makes Sanaz particularly special is that her support didn’t stop once the tenancy was agreed. Until today, whenever I have a problem or need help with something, she is there.<br>She is honest, straightforward, incredibly responsive and genuinely kind. I feel very lucky to have met her. Today, I don’t see Sanaz simply as the agent who found me my home; I see her as a friend and someone I hope to keep in my life for many years.<br>I could not recommend her highly enough. She truly is one of a kind.

I would like to individually name many of the staff , however the two that stood out were Mark (who runs the agency) and Alan Hackland. Mark was clear and friendly. He has lived in the area, so has local knowledge. He was honest and open throughout the process. Alan Hackland (Sales progressor) was outstanding . He communicated with everyone clearly throughout the process and always went above and beyond. He made a stressful process as easy as it could possibly be. I was recommended them by a friend and I would also recommend them .

We’ve had a few difficult experiences with other managing agents in the past so are delighted with the service we have received.<br><br>They are professional, responsive and, most importantly, they actually listen to their tenants and make you feel looked after. Whenever we’ve had something that needs addressing, they’ve been helpful, approachable and quick to resolve.<br><br>It’s such a relief to have a managing agent who genuinely cares about meeting their tenants’ needs and making the whole renting experience as straightforward and stress-free as possible.<br><br>By far the best managing agent we’ve rented through, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a property to rent!
