It wasn't the most straightforward sale, and there were stressful moments, but Jeremy kept things on track throughout. He stayed in regular contact, chased the buyers when needed and worked closely with the solicitors to keep everything moving. We always felt he was on top of things and doing his best to keep the sale moving forward.<br><br>His patience, persistence and personal approach made a real difference, and the process would have been much harder without him.<br><br>We'd happily recommend Gregory Brown, and Jeremy in particular, to anyone looking to sell their property

Since we moved in, she has always been incredibly helpful whenever we’ve had any issues with the property, doing her best to get things resolved as quickly as possible.<br><br>Maintenance issues can often take time, but I’ve been genuinely impressed by her responsiveness, attitude, and willingness to help.<br><br>I’ve had a very positive experience with Hamptons, and A’s support has made it even better. Thank you, A, for all your help. I really appreciate it!

I truly appreciated how he addressed all of our inquiries and respected our time. While I often found it difficult to get results through official channels, Brett was always ready to assist me personally. He provided the kind of support a purchaser needs, especially as a first-time buyer navigating the process.<br><br>My constant emails were always addressed and resolved promptly. I feel fortunate to have secured my mortgage through Bazely and Co., as the team kept me updated throughout the entire process. Thank you all. 19th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)Sam Jones property manager totally mishandled my situation. On multiple occasions he purposely withheld information to keep tenants liable for ridiculous charges. Absolutely appalling service and borderline illegal practices. My experience with Sam and leaders has put a sour taste in my mouth and has left a giant problem to solve with no support from the body that was supposed to be looking after the situation. Save yourself time and effort and go with another agency.

Jamie who looked after us through the whole process couldn’t have been more pleasant and easy to deal with, super quick with getting things sorted and always there when we needed him, A* service!

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We’ve had a few difficult experiences with other managing agents in the past so are delighted with the service we have received.<br><br>They are professional, responsive and, most importantly, they actually listen to their tenants and make you feel looked after. Whenever we’ve had something that needs addressing, they’ve been helpful, approachable and quick to resolve.<br><br>It’s such a relief to have a managing agent who genuinely cares about meeting their tenants’ needs and making the whole renting experience as straightforward and stress-free as possible.<br><br>By far the best managing agent we’ve rented through, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a property to rent!
