28th Jan 2026 (20 weeks ago)I recently viewed a flat and submitted an offer over the weekend. On Monday, I received the details for the holding deposit. Diego, Sunny, and Mariusz all assisted me equally and efficiently, helping me complete referencing and credit checks on the same day. During my search for a rental, I have often experienced estate agents who are slow, unresponsive, or difficult to get hold of. However, this company has been nothing but quick, efficient, and professional. I particularly appreciated that everything was handled online, which works best for me due to my busy work schedule.
8th Jun 2026 (12 days ago)As I was a first time buyer and I stayed in same property for 8 years. I got information that my Owner want to Sell house and Landmark was the Agent. Their communications was very Good. They explained me what to be done. They helped to Give the Mortgage Adviser and also the Solicitor. They Gave first preference to buy this house as I was staying for 8 years. Deal was very good and the Good thing was communications. I had my first communication with Mr. Hitish. He came to.my house, but I was not there. He had conversion to my younger daughter and explain her. It was nice that youngter no what their Family is doing g to buy house. Afterward my case was handle the Lady Name Raveen. Whenever we have convertion on phone, first thing she will ask how are you and than we have our conversation. She is to follow it up very well. If I want ask her anything, she will always help. With their help and the Mortgage Adviser finally on 1st June I and my wife is owner of our property. I thank each of them who were involve in doing my property on our name. I recommend if anyone get chance to buy property under Landmark Agency do go for it as the people are very polite, professional and understandable. 21st Oct 2025 (7 mo. ago)This estate agent is a joke when it comes to marketing properties and getting tenants for landlords. I made the terrible mistake of being lured in by Japan Services’ low fees vs. the high street nationwide companies. First they took almost a week to implement small changes to the contract, the flat photos for the ad were taken ON A PHONE BY AN AGENT are were just as disastrous as you’d expect: badly lit, terrible angles, not cropped. So the ad was a disaster. For all these reasons they failed to get a SINGLE VIEWING in 3 weeks. Let alone an offer. And didn’t even get in touch to discuss a price drop. In general, their communication was abysmal. After giving Japan Services ample time I hired a high street agent who had dozen of viewings within the first 48 hours and three offers in less than a week. I 100% regret ever working with this estate agent and they proved correct every negative stereotype of incompetency in this industry. If I’d just gone with a more expensive high street agent I’d have made back the price difference due to my flat not sitting empty for weeks. Do not repeat my mistake. I dread to think what they’d be like actually managing a property…

They might not be very visible at first but they did their best to resolve our major flat issues. We didn’t have any problems communicating with them and their lines are always open. They listen to what you ask for, they give accurate valuations of your property, and they take great care and attention over how they market your property. David has now become a trusted advisor and we will go back to TPP if we were to ever sell again. Have recommended them to many friends and family.

As a first time seller, I was unsure of process and protocol but the ladies were there to advise me every step of the way. Dawn was brilliant with her sales advice and approach, which meant I was able to get the price I wanted. Claire gave so much support through the sales progression. 24th Oct 2025 (7 mo. ago)ABSOLUTELY AVOID: A Nightmare Letting Experience Focused on Scams This agency is, without question, the worst I have ever dealt with and should be avoided by any tenant who values their rights and their deposit. For two years, we tolerated poor service, including numerous unresolved maintenance issues. The real problems began when they attempted a massive rent hike, only to backtrack when we chose to leave—a clear failed attempt to squeeze extra money from long-term tenants. During our exit, they demonstrated a complete disregard for us, pushing for aggressive, last-minute viewings, including on weekends. When we left the property four days early to accommodate their viewing schedule, they repaid our good faith by charging us for those four days and offering zero thanks. The true nightmare, however, was the deposit return process, which took a full, miserable month. They relentlessly and fraudulently tried to find excuses to retain funds. They completely ignored the official check-out report stating the property suffered only fair wear and tear. They repeatedly changed their story on which room was damaged and, most outrageously, tried to charge us for a full repaint that they had already promised prospective new tenants would be covered by the landlord. This appalling conduct resulted in an unjust deduction of £300. Be warned: this agency will always prioritize the landlord, and they will absolutely attempt to scam you out of your deposit with false claims and continuous deceit. Save yourself the stress and find another company.
3rd Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)? 1/5 – Disappointed with the Lack of Communication My experience with Galaxy Property Services in Slough has been frustrating and disappointing. One of the biggest issues has been their lack of communication. They are consistently unresponsive to calls, emails, and messages, which makes it incredibly difficult to resolve even simple queries or concerns. There was very little transparency throughout the process, and I often felt left in the dark about important updates. When communication did happen, it was usually delayed or vague, and rarely addressed the actual issue. I expected a higher level of professionalism and accountability. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend their services based on this experience. Clear and timely communication should be a basic standard in property management — and it’s something Galaxy Property Services seriously needs to improve.

Anaise was amazing, always at the end of the phone helping with any questions and keeping us informed of any updates. I would definitely recommend Sargeants and would certainly use them again in the future. Thank you.
