8th Jun 2026 (14 weeks ago)As I was a first time buyer and I stayed in same property for 8 years. I got information that my Owner want to Sell house and Landmark was the Agent. Their communications was very Good. They explained me what to be done. They helped to Give the Mortgage Adviser and also the Solicitor. They Gave first preference to buy this house as I was staying for 8 years. Deal was very good and the Good thing was communications. I had my first communication with Mr. Hitish. He came to.my house, but I was not there. He had conversion to my younger daughter and explain her. It was nice that youngter no what their Family is doing g to buy house. Afterward my case was handle the Lady Name Raveen. Whenever we have convertion on phone, first thing she will ask how are you and than we have our conversation. She is to follow it up very well. If I want ask her anything, she will always help. With their help and the Mortgage Adviser finally on 1st June I and my wife is owner of our property. I thank each of them who were involve in doing my property on our name. I recommend if anyone get chance to buy property under Landmark Agency do go for it as the people are very polite, professional and understandable. Once again thank you in future if I want something I will contact you Take Care and God will shower blessing on you all and keep you in Goood health. Thanks Francisco / Angelina

7th Dec 2025 (9 mo. ago)Darren was the person my brother and I dealt with. His customer service was outstanding we finalised the sale of my mother’s property very smoothly. What my brother and I loved about Darren was he constantly kept in touch with us, contacted the solicitors regularly. We completed the sale very quickly. Hunters are very lucky to have such a good person working for them, I would recommend Hunters/Darren to anyone who is selling there house A big thank you from Keith and Kay

22nd Aug 2023 (3 years ago)If I could give 0 star, I would. Absolutely unprofessional, disrespectful, cheap & discriminative service that this agency provides. Home owners pay them to have a part of full service. The tenants will have to deal with their own reference checks etc. as the agency is washing their hands when it comes to doing anything that they are getting paid for. After being passed onto a referencing agency who couldn't do their job properly, (which I now believe happened in collaboration with the agent of DPR as they didn't want to give us the flat ) we've been asked to get in touch with a 3rd party agency to sort out the problem. Why would you use two 3rd parties to do your reference checks? Later on the agent made is seem like it was all our fault (that their agency couldn't reference us properly) and they ahed contacted the landlord and suggested him not to go ahead with us. In all honesty, you guys better make a call to Trading Standards as well - I reported them already.The more of us the better.

2nd Aug 2021 (5 years ago)Extremely poor service. Brit bricks and robert terry both are same estate agents. Basically they aren't even worth calling estate agents as they dont treat their customers fairly and doesn't know the basic principles of customer service. They have put me and my family is such dilemma. They have agreed a 4 bed house in Pinner holding fees paid, reference checks done and passed, 5 weeks rent deposit and 1 month rent advance paid as well. But they were not telling us our moving date. They kept changing dates 4 times. And when i was calling to ask for the moving date. Karuna is telling me stop harassing them. They only treat their landlord with bundle of joy not the tenants. Now they have left us with nothing and we are struggling to look for a house and school for my son which is his first year of start. Please think 100 times before going ahead with these people. As they dont treat you good.
9th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Terrible communication and zero response for 2 months I have been asking the lettings team for two months regarding a broken door closer at my property, and I have been completely ignored. Agents have a legal responsibility to maintain property fixtures, but this agency completely ghosts tenants once they've moved in. If you are looking for a reliable managing agent that actually responds to repair requests, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. Extremely disappointing customer service.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

I’ve introduced a few clients who are looking at opportunities in London, and Freder has been extremely helpful in supporting these searches, including clients exploring both the Romanian and China markets. ???????????????????????????? In a fast-moving market like this, having a team that acts efficiently and communicates clearly makes a real difference. ?????? I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. ????
