4th Apr 2026 (24 weeks ago)I was extremely interested in a property with this agency last month , but they never answer the phone and never reply to emails. I tried multiple times over several weeks and couldn’t get a single response. If this is how they communicate with potential tenants, I can’t imagine how they’d handle anything once you’ve actually moved in. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time don’t even bother.

We bought our first home here, and the staff were so friendly and kept us informed of even the smallest changes or progression. They were always available for calls, questions, and responded to emails quickly. Thanks to them, the whole process went so smoothly. Can’t thank them enough! I’d highly recommend them. Sharon and Vicky have been so lovely, and the experience has genuinely felt so personalised, even though they deal with lots of other people. Thank you everyone!

We were given lots of advice and support when we were ready to advertise our property and the photos gave the best representation of our home. We went live on boxing day and after one day of viewing we had an over the asking price offer. Everything has run seamlessly and without issue. Tom was available to speak to whenever we needed clarification or advice.
