26th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)We contacted Entwistle Green regarding a detached bungalow that was for sale near the centre of Westhoughton....Claire Wright was the lead contact for the purpose and we have to say that without her tireless and professional support we wouldn't have ended living there now. The property we were leaving took 7 months to process and we felt many times that we would lose purchasing the bungalow. Claire was the " go between" in terms of comms with the seller and ourselves and as a result of her tenacity we managed to complete the purchase and are settling in now. So massive thanks to Claire. But we also have to say " thank you" to other members of the team in the Westhoughton office as they too were always friendly and professional when we had the need to contact them and Claire was out of the office. Would continue to and have already recommended Entwistle Green to others..

27th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Drove 3 hours to view a property and were outright disgusted. Had multiple phone calls to go over an extensive list of questions regarding the properly and requested up to date photos. The answers they gave did not match the property we viewed and despite being told the photos were most up to date they could not have been taken in the last year. Arrived and the house was full floor to ceiling with black mould. Multiple electrical outlets covered in black mould. The ceiling in the images listed had a hole, what was not made clear was how the rest of the ceiling had fallen in as well. A waste of time, money and patience viewing any properties from this estate agents. They knew we were travelling far and despite numerous opportunities never once mentioned the state the house was now in, even with very specific questions regarding issues that the property had. Have requested reimbursement for our travels as we would have never gone to even the view the property if we knew half of the reality surrounding the house. Photos attached of some things we saw. Photos do not show the worst parts as we wouldn't even enter some of the rooms due to the state of them. We even asked specifically about the state of the flooring only to find multiple holes from woodworm which were not shown in the listing images or mentioned when asked explicitly about. The house is listed as a reasonable price for the listing but is well beyond too much for what we saw. Perhaps an accurate listing or asking price may stop problems like this arriving in the future. Would have been willing to view other properties they had if it wasn't for this awful experience, lost out on buyers.

We ultimately decided not to go ahead with the property but she never pushed or rushed us toward a decision. She also kept in touch both before and after the viewing which made the whole process feel smooth and well looked after.<br><br>I'd happily recommend Kelly to anyone buying or selling.

Since I’ve moved into my new rental property with this letting agents, they have been absolutely appalling, very rude, unprofessional and staff have shocking manners and think they are able to treat and talk to you like shit especially David!! Nothing gets done they try and fob you off! They also take no concerns into consideration they just tell you we don’t have to do that!! Like replacing blown windows in the property in a child’s bedroom! I’ve never been so disgusted with a company and how they handle business!! Stay clear everyone from the rental side!!!! I wish I would have stayed with my old letting agents than deal with these people!!

He carried out thorough research and took the time to properly assess the property. What really made a difference was how clearly he explained the valuation and the reasoning behind it, something no other agent did. It gave me real confidence that we were in the right hands.<br><br>Throughout the process, the team were fantastic. They kept me fully updated and handled all the viewings, which took a huge weight off my shoulders during a sensitive time.<br><br>A special thank you to Chelsea, who was incredible.
