10th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)This is an honest review of what service I received. I spoke to the manager and the level of service I received from Adam was the only reason they didn’t get one star. First of all the original description was very vague and I had to request a more detailed description. The biggest issue I had was I requested only one thing. My indoor cat wasn’t to be let out so I asked that no exterior door be left open for any reason. I have indoor cameras and on two occasions I saw my external door left open with no care at all if my cat escapes. The final straw was on completion day I retained a set of keys just to be safe and when the new owners turned up to receive the keys from the estate agent they didn’t have them and I had to all down to give them my set (which I was keeping until I knew they had a set). Not a great service and I have kept the video of the doors being left open if management claim it didn’t happen.- 12th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)I was originally with another estate agent but Elena showed me round a property and was so good I wanted her to sell my house! From there we have worked with her and Lisa and been extremely happy with the service at the Southville branch. They're always easy to reach and happy to help and managed to find us the perfect house which thankfully Lisa also looked after which made the whole process so much easier. I have always found them to be honest and easy to work with which I can't say about all estate agents in Bristol!

14th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)I dealt with Hensons in relation to the sale of our property. The marketing process was completed effectively. The property was already known to the negotiator. The offer process itself was relatively quick, we received helpful guidance.<br>There was a lul between tentative offer(s) being made and the final dates being agreed. It 'felt' as if the negotiators had then lost interest - they probably hadn't but there was a lack of communication, occasions where we did not receive call backs, it felt as though we were "chasing" updates.<br>The post sales service provided at Hensons was helpful. Donna was pro-active in keeping me in the loop in relation to Exchange, for which I am grateful.

Zach kept me up to date and communicated with my solicitor answered e mails out of hours. As this got a bit complicated with the sale at the end, but we got there on the date expected for completion . Thank You

Rich and his team were highly professional showing people around, I had no reservations about them using the key safe and ensuring the premises were left secure and safe. When assisting with negotiations through a number of potential and then the final sale he kept a clear calm head and kept us informed and up to date with the progress of what is a stressful and prolonged process.
