2nd Oct 2026 (28 days ago)We recently purchased a property through Davies & Way, and I felt I had to leave a review because of how fantastic they were from start to finish.<br><br>I mainly dealt with Ellen and Pollyanna, and they were both absolutely brilliant to deal with. Ellen carried out all three of our viewings and was always so friendly, helpful and approachable. Nothing was ever too much trouble.<br><br>The communication from both ladies was excellent throughout, and they always kept us updated and made the whole process feel as smooth as possible.<br><br>We couldn’t be happier with the service we received and would highly recommend Davies & Way to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the future.<br><br>Thank you again to Ellen, Pollyanna and the whole team! ??

She guided and supported me with endless enthusiasm. Nothing was too much trouble, always available to help and guide.<br>It is a long process that requires a lot of energy. The Barons team are by your side throughout the entire journey.

Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient from the start, and Branch Manager, Phil Marsh, took us through every step of the process. From then on, Phil kept us informed and responded to all of our queries. He consistently provided all the assistance we needed to obtain a sale. We would recommend the Wells Road branch without hesitation.

Rachel gave a good impression of how I would be treated so I chose her and was not to be disappointed.<br>Despite being far away from the property she kept me connected and delivered the service I hoped for and more.<br>There were a many bumps in the sale process as I am sure regularly happens. Rachel took them in her stride and gave good professional and honest advice. She pushed hard to complete the sale in all ways she could.<br>Even when I ran into issues with the law firms, she took over and communicated with all parties to get the sale over the line.<br>I am very grateful, and I am certain that I chose the correct agency.<br>I would not hesitate to recommend.

This despite many difficulties thrown at them by my estranged wife, who put many obstacles in their way. I was told they had sold a flat to their sister and were in the process of getting a mortgage. 5 months later I terminated my contact with Connells after I found out the so called buyers had not sold their flat and the mortgage had not been approved. Checking on detail, is the responsibility of the estate agent for their fee? I sold with Purple Bricks
