28th May 2026 (17 days ago)The team at Cooper & Tanner MSN & especially Cath Jeffries were exceptional in there help & support during our recent house move to Chilcompton, Cath & the team maintained and managed our chain from Top to Bottom to ensure the Vendors Estate Agents & solicitirs were coordinated through some testing times, I would thoroughly recommend using Cooper & Tanner as your Estate Agent Thanks Again James & Mel Sweet

All staff very professional, friendly and kept me updated at every stage of what was a bitter sweet sell following the loss of both of my parents. I built a very good raport with 2 exceptional staff members of who I thank so much for their support. I actually miss the contact from them. Thank you and well done Andrews Yate you are amazing.
28th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Charged far too much for maintenance jobs and then not done properly. Con artists trying always to get your money. Maintenance jobs are made up to make money from you and then use masking tape to fix things. Would not recommend- 12th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)Matthew was very helpful and nice to work with. He made sure to fit viewings in around our schedule and kept us updated with progress on the sale.

25th May 2026 (20 days ago)I had a really positive experience buying my house through Wentworth. The entire team were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout, always quick and efficient in responding to questions and keeping things moving. They stayed on top of developments across the whole chain, which made the process much less stressful. They also gave really useful recommendations for contractors and specialists for bits that came up in the survey. Would definitely recommend!

3rd Jan 2020 (6 years ago)They did not communicate, they had not studied the house , what is there or not. We had to keep contacting them to gain information after possible buyers had visited. 18th May 2026 (27 days ago)I feel so compelled to write a glowing review of Liane Hanks - especially to contradict some of the other reviews. While I can't speak to their experience, it does seem as though their is a common thread between them...... From our experience, as renters (a family, not students..), the entire team have been nothing short of fantastic. We've never had a single issue with communication, action, support. From the minute we started dealing with the team, to today. They are always friendly, helpful, responsive, flexible, trusting, supportive. We cannot fault them and strongly believe many of the other reviews don't offer a fair reflection of their service. I'd encourage anyone to just speak with the Liane Hanks team yourself.. and realise they are great.
16th May 2026 (29 days ago)We engaged Rowena from Bonds to sell our flat. We had been to other local Estate Agents, who in our opinion were under valuing the property just to achieve a quick sale. We had a figure in mind, because it was effectively a bespoke property, which she was more than happy to run with. The whole process was seamless, and we were constantly updated on viewings, and prospective buyers. We managed to get a buyer reasonably quickly, and once again we were kept informed on the progress, including what we could expect from the legal side. The legal side is always the problematic part of the process, but Rowena was constantly professional and proactive , always managing to ease our constant frustration with the lack of urgency from the legal side. When we eventually sell our main dwelling, and downsize we will not hesitate in retaining the services of Bonds and Rowena!
10th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)Gazumped! Offer had been accepted on a property in Clevedon with an offer acceptance letter and the promise the house would come off the market. Fast forward a week after everything in place with solicitors and I receive a phone call from one of Steven Smiths associates. He explained that a first time buyer had viewed the property a week prior to us and that they made an offer which was accepted in favour of ours because the chain was smaller, essentially blaming the elderly owner of the property! I know this is technically legal but what a dirty, rotten thing for an agent to do especially to a newlywed couple at later stages of IVF. Avoid these agents if possible or proceed with caution. Absolutely disgusting and zero customer loyalty.
