Dave carried out the property valuation, along with several other agents and put us at ease with his local market knowledge and his sound property advice. Absolutely amazing and professional service from the whole Apple Property Solutions team. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell in the Great Barr area.

13th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)Extremely poor service from Jacob. Decided upon himself to alter the asking price without our consent. No apology when questioned. Very defensive attitude. Such a shame as the owner was very apologetic on his behalf and showed way more professionalism. Please learn to own your mistakes. Breach of contract so when we asked for an email to be sent to us removing our house sale and any liability when moving on to another agent he made excuses as being to busy to send a simple email. Really disappointing service and more concerning his attitude. Two days on and we are still waiting on the email!- 16th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)We honestly cannot recommend Korron highly enough!<br><br>Korron wasn’t even our estate agent – our house was listed with someone else – but she ended up taking charge of our entire chain. From start to finish, our chain was an absolute nightmare, with one issue after another, but Korron completely adopted us as her clients and fought tirelessly to get every sale over the line.<br><br>She went above and beyond every single day, keeping everyone informed, chasing things up, solving problems, and making what felt impossible happen. Her dedication, professionalism and determination are second to none.<br><br>Not only is she incredibly good at her job, but she’s also warm, friendly, supportive and genuinely cares. She made one of the most stressful experiences we’ve ever been through so much more manageable.<br><br>Korron is an absolute credit to Dixons. She’s like Superwoman and deserves a massive pay rise! She is an absolute legend, and we genuinely cannot thank her enough for everything she did. If you’re lucky enough to have Korron looking after your sale or purchase, you’re in the very best hands.

Unusual circumstances and difficult market was neatly handled and top client base secured a sale for me. In regards to the service that was provided, personal, professional and supportive throughout. I was never once in the dark and Clare helped make sure that everything went smoothly as possible. 100% would recommend and 100% trust.

What an unforgettable customer service experience, for all the wrong reasons.<br>Lisa France somehow managed to make me feel like I was inconveniencing her simply by calling. She was blunt, dismissive, and came across as though she couldn’t wait to get me off the phone. Any hope of actually receiving help disappeared within minutes.<br>If you’re looking for someone who makes you feel like your concerns are a burden rather than their job, then you’ve come to the right place. It’s genuinely impressive how someone working in customer service can make a customer feel so unwelcome.<br>Needless to say, I won’t be dealing with her again

He was incredibly supportive throughout the whole process and genuinely looked after everyone involved.<br><br>Our situation was quite unique, but Tim was flexible, understanding, and did everything he could to help us get our dream home which we have just got the keys to.<br><br>I couldn't recommend him highly enough. He's knowledgeable, experienced, trustworthy, and never once made us feel pressured, which is something we've experienced with other estate agents in the past.<br><br>Tim also recommended David Bunn, who were fantastic as well. Having everyone work so well together made a huge difference.<br><br>What is usually a very stressful time was made smooth and exciting largely down to Tim!

15th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)We had the pleasure of having support from Dilvinder with our mortage renewal, not only did she take her time to find us the best product she also supported us in doing our Will and life insurance, two of things myself and my partner have been meaning to do but never got round to doing it or knowing where to start. There was never any pressure to agree to either but we knew if we didnt have support to get them done we likely wouldnt have them done at our next renewal so it has made us feel at ease that its sorted now and its two very important things to have in place. Thanks so much Dilvinder for all the work you have put into supporting us you have been a star.
