After a lengthy, and at times complicated, 8 month purchase we are finally in our dream home and the support from the team, particularly Dan and Rebecca was outstanding from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much and no matter how many queries or questions we had throughout the process they were always genuinely happy to help. Rebecca is such a friendly voice at the end of the phone and was so supportive throughout - even following the purchase she has continued to help us with outstanding queries. Thanks to all of you, you’re a great team and I would HIGHLY recommend William H Brown Halifax for both selling and purchasing property.

17th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)Booked an appointment a week before, then called again on the morning to confirm. Then again when outside the property. Spoke to the same call handler 3 times in total and after waiting half an hour was told that the agent didn't see us and left. What a joke. Need to be more honest or sort their communication skills out as seriously lacking.

First choice for tenant find; used several times over past seven years or so for our buy to lets. Dan has the nous for seeking out good tenants and the peace of mind this brings. 8th Apr 2024 (27 days ago)Please Please Please Stay away from this agency This is the worst agency in leeds Worst agency in england Worst agency in uk Worst agency in whole world Worst agency in whole universe Worst agency among all galaxies First they showed all worst properties Then they fooled us with money first told 1100 for apartment then increased the price to 1500 during contract They repairing management is utterly disgusting Never available on emails or on call They ask us to complaint on website After complaining no reply Sadly we went to leeds city council to complain against them and now they came next morning Did not do any repairing in 10 months even though we complained them for almost 7 or 8 months straight Did not helped even after our housemate got hospitalised after mould allergy Even after health and safety did not attended our complaints After reading this review if you choose this agency then u r the biggest fool sorry mate

2nd Aug 2022 (1 year ago)It was really easy to arrange a property viewing with Valor Properties. Toni was super helpful and gave us a courtesy call on the morning of the viewing. She arrived early and went above and beyond showing us around, giving us information and allowing us enough time to get a good feel for the properties we were interested in. No hard sell just really genuine and helpful. Looking forward to dealing with Valor again in the future ????
