26th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)Duncan came to view and value our 6 bedroom property in Egerton …stayed for an hour and a half …. left promising to send detailed email valuation … two weeks later still nothing despite calling the office to check he had the correct details. Not very professional and not a good sign. Won’t be proceeding with savills

Our first home fell through and Danielle was immediately there to support us through the process again. She ensured that we were kept informed of progress throughout and was always very responsive to our emails.
We would highly recommend her for all mortgaging needs.

I have always found him incredibly helpful, always replies to my emails as well as telephone calls. It seems like nothing is too much trouble for him even when I was asking him to contact the vendor on several occasions regarding any issues I had in respect of the property. I also dealt with Nathan as well who is just as incredibly helpful. New Foundations are like a breath of fresh air for Estate Agents & so much better than any other estate agent that I’ve used over the years.

3rd Nov 2026 (3 days ago)We were very pleased with the service we received. They found us buyers quickly and negotiated a really good price for our home, which was a great start.
Communication became more limited once the solicitors became involved, but they did a lot of chasing behind the scenes and worked hard to keep things moving, particularly when it came to getting us to exchange. Their persistence and efforts at that stage were very much appreciated.
Overall, we were happy with the service and would recommend them.

Transparency, honesty and effective communication (even on Sunday with a sick child) ensured a relationship of trust. I wholeheartedly recommend this estate agents and would use them again in a heartbeat. After a rather unpleasant encounter with another local estate agent, she was like a breath of fresh air and has restored my faith in estate agents!!!! :)
