He worked tirelessly from start to finish to not only sell our house but to also purchase our next home through Austin Gray too. 29th Sep 2021 (4 years ago)W Welch, well where to begin. Wesley was the agent we both sold our property through and also aided us in our purchase of our new home. To sum this up in a few words... Wesley has been so kind, understanding, helpful, prompt and professional through out. W Welch offer a personal touch which I really liked, I felt that I could contact Wesley and ask any question and he would always take the time to answer me. All in all a great company, friendly, professional all wrapped in one. Great job all of you who work for W Welch.

28th Jul 2025 (9 mo. ago)Had a very easy tenancy with GK Whites for the past year. We had very few problems with the property but found them very responsive and friendly when we did have issues. It was a great experience for us as students renting for the first time, highly recommend!

John and David are both friendly and very professional. All enquiries were dealt with promptly. We would thoroughly recommend using their services.

They have been so supportive, excellent communicators and they have found wonderful tenants for the flat. I have full confidence that going forwards they will be brilliant to work with and I feel that I am in very safe hands.
10th Jan 2026 (19 weeks ago)Extremely poor experience as block management . Basic management tasks were not carried out, instructions were repeatedly ignored, and financial records were inconsistent. Communication was defensive, aggressive rather than constructive when issues were raised, and the firm resigned abruptly without a proper handover instead of rectifying the issues, The service fell well below the standard expected of a professional managing agent … well obviously they are not professional! Not recommended , stay well away from !!
31st Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)I’ve been renting a property in Brighton Marina through H2O Homes for the past four years, and I can safely say they are the most reliable, transparent, and professional estate agents I’ve ever come across. On the very rare occasions when there’s been an issue, it’s always been resolved promptly. The team is extremely friendly, respectful, and genuinely helpful. I’m truly sad that my tenancy has come to an end as I’ve now moved away from Brighton. I can’t recommend H2O Homes enough, they have set the bar very high for what great property management should look like. Thank you so much!

14th May 2026 (10 days ago)I highly recommend EweMove, and my experience with them as a first time renter here in the UK have been super smooth. The renting process was very quick and systematic, with transparency, they've gone out of their way to facilitate us here in Brighton. Once I forgot my key by accident and Neil was so kind to drive to the office, retrieve an extra key for us and help us get in. THANK YOU GUYS !
