Brices were always quick to address any issues, always responded to emails and calls and acted fairly and professionally as an intermediate between myself and the landlord. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fair and genuine letting agents. Thank you Louise.
7th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)They have been generally good to deal with and have been efficient. Where there have been minor errors and changes to sort out, these have been dealt with promptly. I have had the complication of being in Hertfordshire selling my sister's property in Brighton. This has been handled well so far .
5th Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)Matt and the team were phenomenal in facilitating the sale of our flat in Hove, helping us navigate various complexities. It was a pleasure being supported by Matt on, at times, a daily basis and his calm, pragmatic approach made a huge difference in some stressful times. They also went above and beyond on a particular matter which impressed us hugely and demonstrated that it's not just about the bottom line. We will be returning to Fine & Country when we're next selling again (hopefully not for 10+ years though!).

As a first-time buyer, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect — especially as I’d always heard that buying a property can be extremely stressful. However, Pippa made the entire experience feel calm, clear, and well managed from start to finish. She was professional, supportive, and incredibly responsive throughout. She kept me informed every step of the way and was always available to answer questions or offer reassurance when needed, which made a huge difference. I also briefly met Skye on completion day, who was lovely and very helpful — a really nice touch at the end of the process. What really stood out to me was the warmth and genuine care throughout — it never felt like just a transaction. Everything was handled smoothly, and communication between all parties was excellent. We agreed a price range and viewings started in the 1st week. We received two amazing offers in the 3rd week. However having lived here since 1991 it is proving difficult to give it up so decided to stay. Fox and Sons were very accomdating and understanding of our decision. I would recommend Fox and Sons Colin
