Especially a woman that keeps hanging up on you when you call them! ?????? Outrageous! They think they own you but they forgot without us(people) there won't be a job for them. I would not recommend this letting agents to anyone.... Just nightmare.. Very very disappointed!

Brices were always quick to address any issues, always responded to emails and calls and acted fairly and professionally as an intermediate between myself and the landlord. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fair and genuine letting agents. Thank you Louise.
7th Sep 2025 (8 mo. ago)They have been generally good to deal with and have been efficient. Where there have been minor errors and changes to sort out, these have been dealt with promptly. I have had the complication of being in Hertfordshire selling my sister's property in Brighton. This has been handled well so far .
14th May 2026 (10 days ago)I’ve had a great experience dealing with John Hoole. He is incredibly polite, professional, and always very accommodating throughout the process. Communication has been excellent from start to finish, and he has been very easy to deal with at every stage. It’s been a genuine pleasure working with him, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.

It was a pleasure being supported by Matt on, at times, a daily basis and his calm, pragmatic approach made a huge difference in some stressful times. They also went above and beyond on a particular matter which impressed us hugely and demonstrated that it's not just about the bottom line. We will be returning to Fine & Country when we're next selling again (hopefully not for 10+ years though!).

The process took 10 months, but there have been a few significant world issue to deal with during that time!! They made the sale of our house as easy and quick as possible! They were easy to communicate with, with very quick responses and fantastic at liaising with our solicitor, and the others in the chain. We highly recommend Kendrick Property Services!

8th May 2026 (16 days ago)All the staff at C&W Peacehaven, David, Shirley, Garry and Blaiz, were all very friendly, professional and helpful. We always felt that they were acting very much on our behalf, and answered all queries quickly and efficiently. They have sold two properties for us now, and we would definitely return to them if we had to sell again. They are the most efficent estate agents in the area.

From the first viewing right through to completion, she was very professional, approachable and genuinely supportive the whole way through. Couldn’t ask for any better! Gemma always kept me updated, answered every question quickly and made the whole process feel far less stressful than it could have been. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and you could tell she genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. A huge thank you again to Gemma and the team for all your help and reassurance along the way! I’d happily recommend both her and Henry Adams to anyone looking to buy or sell.

He was friendly, communicative and supportive, especially when things changed very last minute and we were losing our minds over leased solar panels. He let us know what stage we were at consistently through the process and helped us to feel that someone was fighting in our corner when the whole process halted unexpectedly. Even if nothing had changed, he took the time to reassure us and chase up all the other professionals involved. We would definitely recommend him to anyone buying a house in the area!
