They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and, most importantly, always there when we needed them.<br><br>The whole process was handled brilliantly. Communication was excellent throughout, we were kept informed at every stage, and whenever the inevitable stresses of moving house cropped up, we always felt we had someone on our side helping to keep things moving.<br><br>What really stood out was the personal service. From our first contact & meeting with Fin, who is a credit to the team, never have I met such an enthusiastic and personable representative of an estate agency.<br><br>I also want to thank Oli & Zak, always there, whenever needed.<br><br>We never felt like just another house on the market, they genuinely cared about the sale and about getting us to the finish line.<br><br>After 11 very happy years in our home, it was quite emotional handing over the keys and closing that chapter, but we couldn’t have asked for a better team to help us do it.<br><br>A huge thank you to everyone at Stobart & Hurrell. James put me at ease from the start and guided me and my family through the whole process, I thought this was going to be difficult but James and the team made it very straight forward. I popped in just to see how things where going and was always made to feel more than welcome. What really impressed me that they didn't do a hard sell with constant follow up phone calls, it was a difficult time after mum's passing and James and his team was understanding and totally professional, can highly recommend

28th Oct 2026 (5 days ago)We brought our property through Sefftons and were highly impressed with Suzanne and Siobhan who we mostly had contact with.<br><br>We had an offer on a property which didn’t work out but straight away Suzanne found a similar property in the area we wanted which we were able to view.<br><br>Suzanne was friendly, diligent and promptly responded to emails and phone calls. She was able to support the vendor and us to ensure tasks were completed in a timely manner. She also supported us to visit the property when visiting the area, sometimes being flexible with little notice.<br><br>There was one issue arising from the surveyor and both Siobhan and Suzanne supported us and the vendor as needed.<br><br>We would highly recommend Sefftons estate agent and would like to thank Suzanne and Siobhan for supporting us so well. During the viewings we attended Ralph was always very approachable and knowledgeable and truly cared about learning what features we were searching for. Always kept us in mind and even contacted us when suspected suitable properties became available. Really appreciated their kind and friendly approach and would definitely recommend anyone to get in contact!

She helped us get out of sticky situations and was always there to make that phone call or send that email when it mattered. Excellent service by Winkworth-i'd recommend without any hesitation!

Also used heritage solicitors, Broadstone Legal Services, who were also brilliant. The sale went through extremely quickly which was perfect.<br>Thank you again and I still highly recommend!
