8th Jul 2023 (3 years ago)Proctors are very nice nice and friendly to deal with. However, my only criticism is that the photos of my flat were not professionally done. I have today seen a £1,600,000 house advertised by Proctors and the photos are in a totally different class. Admittedly when it was first listed I had not done away with lots of furniture etc and it now looks much better, however, I didn't find the photos good enough and my family and friends agree on this. As most agents use professional photographers I find this was a mistake on their part. But please do not mention my name to them. But they do know this area and my building so that is in favour of them.

Sally was lovely, very patient and informative, always willing to answer our questions and accommodate our schedules to view the property (as we viewed it many times). Overall Sally and the Allen Heratige team were very accommodating and professional.

They truly take an interest and make the whole process from beginning to end seamless. I also appreciate the very personal touch like welcome packs etc with a lot of helpful information to familiarise you with the new area you are moving into. Sadly we have now vacated the premises after nearly 3 years and the same excellence had been shown in finalising everything. Well done to you all.

Although we had a very long buying process (due to issues with the length of lease, and share of freehold ownership - which were down to the seller) Lewis was always on the other side of the phone, and worked his socks off to get the deal done. I really felt that he went above and beyond what most estate agents would be willing to do. Very human, very responsive and working with Lewis made the transaction much more pleasant. Would highly recommend their services.

We were in another property and when that landlord sold, they were extremely supportive about helping us into another property nearby. They always go above and beyond to help, are quick to service issues and really friendly. Special mention to David Hackshaw for being the best! After 10 years renting, they are without a shadow of a doubt the best agency I've ever had and after many subpar rental experiences, they have restored my faith in agencies. Thank you, Northwoods!

The focus on the presentation helped get people in the door and I believe heled them see themselves in the flat. He was helpful through the offer process when I was keen to take the first one. I’m glad I didn’t.

Kevin came to us highly recommended from our very first meeting, Kevin's approach was a breath of fresh air. Unlike other estate agents who gave inflated valuations just to win our business, Kevin provided an honest, realistic appraisal. He was incredibly upfront about the current poor market conditions, choosing integrity over a quick pitch.
His market knowledge is truly outstanding, and the boutique, one-on-one service he provides makes a massive difference. You never feel like just another number. Kevin is the only estate agent I would instruct, and I cannot thank him enough for his professionalism and honesty.
