27th Sep 2019 (7 years ago)Unprofessional, dishonest, complete luck of understanding of personal circumstances. Ryan was showing me the property and he was very nice and professional, however foe a week I was told that I would get the answer to my offer today. In stead of saying that they have lined up someone for a property Niamh has lied about not being able to get in touch with a landlady for over 10 days and suddenly when new people made an offer she was asking what my offer was and managed to get hold of the landlady (apparently she was trying every day, but how could she if apparently she didn't know what my offer was?!). I was lucky enough to find actually a better property with an estate agency who is in completely different league (premier) and Proctor (in Chatterton Village) doesn't belong to any.
31st Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)We used Linay and Shipp for selling our house and buying a new house, and were very impressed by their service right from the start to finish. Every staff is helpful and lovely, nothing is ever too much trouble for them. They provided a professional photographer taking high quality photos for our property, and we had three viewing requests within two hours after the property listed. They were also very good with dealing with different types of buyers, and really stood up for us when there were unreasonable requests. They helped us manage the tedious conveyancing process: chasing solicitors and providing us with regular update in terms of what is going on. They made the whole house selling process much less stressful.
In terms of finding our new home, they were very engaging in showing us the property, and were patient in answering all our questions. We requested two more viewings of the property after made an offer, and they were just as patient and helpful as we haven’t made an offer. In fact, we have learnt lots of great ideas on property improvements from them, and are implementing some of them right now.
A big thank you to Breda, Jacqui, Lucy, Debbie and Helen for taking good care of us throughout the whole process, and we would recommend to them to anyone in a heartbeat!

2nd Jan 2026 (10 mo. ago)Enquired 3/11/25 about a rental property at Albany Ct., Bromley Rd., Shortlands that had caught my eye on Rightmove. Instead of being able to speak directly to a human being at their office I was sent an online form via SMS to complete(!). So I duly filled in the form and submitted, fully expecting somebody to have the courtesy to respond. Nobody ever did. Chased it up via a ‘phone call their Southborough Lane, Bromley office 9 days later where I left my details and nature of enquiry to be passed on. Again, nobody ever got back to me. Just the other week I noticed that the property has since been let. Questionable customer ethos and strikes me as a strange way to run a business if they are going to simply ignore prospective tenants?
18th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)I do not recommend it. We lived in the Newlands Park property that they manage in London for 5 years.
The owner invests 0 in the property. During the winter, the toilet gets a lot of mould due to the humidity. We always asked them to fix it, and they never did; we fixed it ourselves, as both my husband and I have respiratory issues. They were always very, very slow to respond to issues we had with the property; we had to chase them all the time. In fact, during our last month in the property, a water pipe that always been damaged broke again because the person the send to fix it only puts tape, and doesn't fix it properly
By the 3rd year, they wanted to increase the rent, and you’d think, yes, that’s fair, but again, the landlord never wanted to reinvest in the property, even though it clearly needed a decent investment. We were very reluctant to allow them to increase the rent, as the property NEEDS a lot of repairs. No double glazing, so the property is not energy efficient. The cellar has mould, so anything you put in there gets ruined by it. The wood in the kitchen window and the bath is rotten, never got fixed
During our last year (2025), in May, THEY LIED and told us the owner wanted to sell the property; we were thinking of leaving the country anyway, so we were okay with it. They told us we had to leave by August. However, the timing was not right, as we had some travel planned. We managed to get an extension until November, sorted out our move and work situation, and moved to Spain at the end of November.
And to add, they took 1.5 months to return our deposit. My husband had to chase them a couple of times, and the last time he told them that if the deposit wasn't returned by the 9th of Jan, he would escalate it. they didn’t even return all of it. , and guess what? The property is now available TO RENT £150 more expensive, and with all of the issues we flag and they and the landlord haven’t fixed them at all.

22nd Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Awful! We put our property on the market, they came round and took photos on an "iPhone, we were expecting a professional photographer. Some were so bad we retook them ourselves. The write-up was no better, we had to reword and add details to it. We weren't asked to complete the money laundering check, which is unlawful. We had one viewing, we were expecting Martin, but his wife turned up saying he had fallen out of bed and couldn't do it???? She was clueless regarding our property and very unprofessional. He forgot conversations, didn't respond to text/answerphone messages and lied to me about being away. He works from home and has one employee, plus his wife. It's noticeable they only have three/four properties on their books at the moment. Avoid

Feel very much let down and unsupported. Proctors Beckenham complacent. Not hungry enough.

Their communication was great and there was no BS during the whole process.

They kept on top of things and made sure the process kept moving in spite of a few hurdles. I really think they earned their money. I would highly recommend iMove.
2nd Oct 2024 (2 years ago)I was unable to sell my flat for around a year with the mainstream estate agents but on our third attempt we decided to go with Pullen estate agents and sold within 4 weeks. Tom was very helpful and communicative all the way through the selling process whilst also managing our sale on a personal level giving us the attention that we definitely lacked from other providers all for a very reasonable fee.
I would 100% recommend using Pullen estate agents to anyone looking to sell their property in a swift and efficient manor.

30th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I'm not sure where to start this review. It has been a fantastic experience from start to finish, from the initial valuation to producing the marketing materials. Ewan and Debbie are a great, easy-to-work-with team. Selling a house is never easy with all the moving parts and the chain, but the team did a great job keeping everyone together, communicating clearly about our progress, and bringing the process to a successful close.
I really wanted to work with a local family owned agent that is focused on the property market in surrounding area I hoped that it would bring insight and attention to detail. I was not disappointed at all.
This isn’t my first property sale, and it was by far the best experience I’ve had.
I can highly recommend working with Bunting and Bunting.
