3rd Feb 2026 (19 weeks ago)I had a very nice experience with Acron Grove Park, especially Louise King, throughout the whole purchasing process. The team were highly responsible and responsive, and communication was always prompt and clear. They helped ensure the transaction progressed very smoothly from start to finish, which made the entire process much less stressful. Whenever there were any issues or questions on my side, they were quick to follow up and communicate efficiently with the seller to resolve them. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided and would happily recommend them to others.
27th Sep 2019 (6 years ago)Unprofessional, dishonest, complete luck of understanding of personal circumstances. Ryan was showing me the property and he was very nice and professional, however foe a week I was told that I would get the answer to my offer today. In stead of saying that they have lined up someone for a property Niamh has lied about not being able to get in touch with a landlady for over 10 days and suddenly when new people made an offer she was asking what my offer was and managed to get hold of the landlady (apparently she was trying every day, but how could she if apparently she didn't know what my offer was?!). I was lucky enough to find actually a better property with an estate agency who is in completely different league (premier) and Proctor (in Chatterton Village) doesn't belong to any.
8th Jul 2023 (2 years ago)Proctors are very nice nice and friendly to deal with. However, my only criticism is that the photos of my flat were not professionally done. I have today seen a £1,600,000 house advertised by Proctors and the photos are in a totally different class. Admittedly when it was first listed I had not done away with lots of furniture etc and it now looks much better, however, I didn't find the photos good enough and my family and friends agree on this. As most agents use professional photographers I find this was a mistake on their part. But please do not mention my name to them. But they do know this area and my building so that is in favour of them.
11th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Our property was valued too high and went out to their database too high even though we questioned it. When it went online it was missing filters, so wasn’t pulling through with garden (which wasn’t spotted for 3 weeks) and went on as a terrace not a semi-detached. Both detrimental to getting the right viewings. Selling points about our property didn’t seem to be passed on to the people showing the property, and it was not always the same person viewing. I sent a pdf over so that agents could use this to sell the property (off my own back) with information like - new boiler & boiler location, new flooring etc.. it was never used (I was waiting outside for the last viewing we did with them and was asked where the boiler was! lol) Once the wrong key was brought so they couldn’t get in.- 29th May 2026 (19 days ago)I cannot recommend Amy Claiborne-Dixon highly enough. What impressed me most was her persistence, communication and genuine ownership of the transaction. Amy never adopted a "wait and see" approach. She was constantly following up with solicitors, management companies, buyers and all parties involved to ensure momentum was maintained and that nothing slipped through the cracks. There were numerous occasions where Amy proactively chased outstanding enquiries, sought alternative routes to obtain information, and kept all parties updated when communication elsewhere was limited. At several key points in the transaction, she was often the person providing the clearest updates and helping move matters forward. Beyond her professionalism, Amy brought a human element to the process. She was approachable, responsive, calm under pressure and always willing to go the extra mile. Amy is a credit to KFH and an excellent example of what great estate agency looks like. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone buying or selling a property and I am extremely grateful for all of her hard work, support and persistence throughout my sale. Thank you, Amy.
13th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Jenna was excellent from start to finish. A lovely manner and would highly recommend. Not your typical pushy estate agent but instead was focused in understanding clients needs and very friendly Ns communication was excellent, even on her days off!

2nd Jan 2026 (24 weeks ago)Enquired 3/11/25 about a rental property at Albany Ct., Bromley Rd., Shortlands that had caught my eye on Rightmove. Instead of being able to speak directly to a human being at their office I was sent an online form via SMS to complete(!). So I duly filled in the form and submitted, fully expecting somebody to have the courtesy to respond. Nobody ever did. Chased it up via a ‘phone call their Southborough Lane, Bromley office 9 days later where I left my details and nature of enquiry to be passed on. Again, nobody ever got back to me. Just the other week I noticed that the property has since been let. Questionable customer ethos and strikes me as a strange way to run a business if they are going to simply ignore prospective tenants?

22nd Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Awful! We put our property on the market, they came round and took photos on an "iPhone, we were expecting a professional photographer. Some were so bad we retook them ourselves. The write-up was no better, we had to reword and add details to it. We weren't asked to complete the money laundering check, which is unlawful. We had one viewing, we were expecting Martin, but his wife turned up saying he had fallen out of bed and couldn't do it???? She was clueless regarding our property and very unprofessional. He forgot conversations, didn't respond to text/answerphone messages and lied to me about being away. He works from home and has one employee, plus his wife. It's noticeable they only have three/four properties on their books at the moment. Avoid

2nd May 2026 (7 weeks ago)We had been looking to move house for around 4 years and given the majority of estate agents we dealt with i can understand why they have the reputation that they do... Lewis is totally different! Throughout the whole process he felt more like a friend than an agent! He was always one phone call or message away and he always went above and beyond to ensure he was helping to the best of his abilities. I now understand why Lewis often mentioned his phone battery was about to die as it is clear he must treat every client with the same care and consideration! Going forwards I will only be looking to use Lewis for any property dealings and I have already recommended him to family and friends - who are using him! Thanks once again for all your help Lewis!

Their communication was excellent — they would answer any email within an hour and were always helpful and professional. They were also very competitively priced compared to other estate agents we looked at. I honestly wouldn’t use anyone else again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home! Even the other estate agents in the chain commented on what good agents they were and how quick and organised they were with things.

They kept us informed every step of the way, communicated clearly, and were always easy to deal with. It was refreshing to speak to the same people throughout, which made the experience feel much more personal. They never came across as pushy or overly sales-focused - just genuine, professional, and supportive. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.
2nd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)I was unable to sell my flat for around a year with the mainstream estate agents but on our third attempt we decided to go with Pullen estate agents and sold within 4 weeks. Tom was very helpful and communicative all the way through the selling process whilst also managing our sale on a personal level giving us the attention that we definitely lacked from other providers all for a very reasonable fee. I would 100% recommend using Pullen estate agents to anyone looking to sell their property in a swift and efficient manor. Thanks again Tom!
