31st Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)We used Linay and Shipp for selling our house and buying a new house, and were very impressed by their service right from the start to finish. Every staff is helpful and lovely, nothing is ever too much trouble for them. They provided a professional photographer taking high quality photos for our property, and we had three viewing requests within two hours after the property listed. They were also very good with dealing with different types of buyers, and really stood up for us when there were unreasonable requests. They helped us manage the tedious conveyancing process: chasing solicitors and providing us with regular update in terms of what is going on. They made the whole house selling process much less stressful. In terms of finding our new home, they were very engaging in showing us the property, and were patient in answering all our questions. We requested two more viewings of the property after made an offer, and they were just as patient and helpful as we haven’t made an offer. In fact, we have learnt lots of great ideas on property improvements from them, and are implementing some of them right now. A big thank you to Breda, Jacqui, Lucy, Debbie and Helen for taking good care of us throughout the whole process, and we would recommend to them to anyone in a heartbeat!
11th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Our property was valued too high and went out to their database too high even though we questioned it. When it went online it was missing filters, so wasn’t pulling through with garden (which wasn’t spotted for 3 weeks) and went on as a terrace not a semi-detached. Both detrimental to getting the right viewings. Selling points about our property didn’t seem to be passed on to the people showing the property, and it was not always the same person viewing. I sent a pdf over so that agents could use this to sell the property (off my own back) with information like - new boiler & boiler location, new flooring etc.. it was never used (I was waiting outside for the last viewing we did with them and was asked where the boiler was! lol) Once the wrong key was brought so they couldn’t get in.- 10th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)Sold my house through KFH Hayes branch. Communication was excellent from everyone involved in the process, from arranging first viewing to picking up the keys. Jeremy, Helen and Emma were quick to respond to queries and were extremely knowledgeable. A special shout out to Emma, who followed the sale from start to finish, updating me at every step, reassuring me that the sale was progressing, no matter what obstacles came along.

They were always approachable, kept us updated, chased things when needed, and were proactive in helping to overcome the many challenges we faced. 18th Aug 2026 (30 days ago)Very disappointing start to the tenancy<br><br>I’ve been in the property for less than a month and have already had a very disappointing experience with the way repairs are being handled.<br><br>The kitchen tap has now been broken for over two weeks. Every time I use it, it floods water across the kitchen worktop, and the tap becomes extremely hot. I’ve actually been burning my hand having to push it down, even when using a tea towel.<br><br>A plumber has already attended and told me that it was a quick job and that they were happy to repair it there and then. However, they were unable to do so without approval. That was over two weeks ago, and I am still waiting for the repair to be authorised and completed.<br><br>I have emailed and called numerous times to chase this, yet I have received little to no communication or meaningful update. For something that presents both a potential water-damage issue and a genuine health and safety concern, I would expect it to be dealt with far more promptly.<br><br>Not a great start to the tenancy, and I would have expected much better communication and a more proactive approach to dealing with what should be a relatively straightforward repair.<br><br>*UPDATE finally got through on the phone, only to be told that my property manager had left and no one thought to tell me this after two weeks? I was then also told by Victoria that no quote had even been received, so Vijay, the property manager, clearly lied to me when he told me a quote had been received. Victoria was also rude and spoke to me abruptly. Anyone would think it was her that was affected, not me, the paying tenant. I have now been left chasing this for weeks with conflicting information and no proper communication. If this still isn’t resolved, I will be contacting the landlord directly, as advised by Shelter.

I have used Kenton for over 7years and just realised today I could leave a review which I am delighted to do because all I have received from this team is excellent services. I want to particularly thank Sue and Masie who always go over and above to manage our property. Even though we have never met because we live so far away, they are so polite and efficient over the phone. Nothing is ever too much to ask. Keep it up guys and God bless.

Philippa (sales progression) brought an air of calmness to what can be a very stressful process and handled challenges in a way that was fair to both sides. Lisa went over and above to let us view the property when we wanted and even popped over to help us out on move in day. I would definitely use Alan de maid in future

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
2nd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)I was unable to sell my flat for around a year with the mainstream estate agents but on our third attempt we decided to go with Pullen estate agents and sold within 4 weeks. Tom was very helpful and communicative all the way through the selling process whilst also managing our sale on a personal level giving us the attention that we definitely lacked from other providers all for a very reasonable fee. I would 100% recommend using Pullen estate agents to anyone looking to sell their property in a swift and efficient manor. Thanks again Tom!
