They were committed from start to finish, and when things went quiet, they were proactive, offering ways to keep everything moving and giving us weekly updates and clear communication. As we lived in the village, they were always welcoming and helpful whenever we popped in.<br><br>We’re especially grateful for Sandy, always one step ahead, brilliant at keeping everyone in the loop, and genuinely invested in the process. 22nd May 2026 (11 weeks ago)I have worked with many letting agencies, but this was the best one so far. From the start of the tenancy to moving out, everything was seamless. Telmo and Steve were wonderful throughout the entire year. Whether it was a maintenance issue or any fault in the property, they resolved it as quickly as possible. If you are considering choosing this agency, I would highly recommend them without any second thoughts.- 5th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)We have just rented a property via The Frost Partnership and the support we had from Wendy was superb! We have years of previous experience with other letting agents and I must say that Wendy does stand out for her professional yet friendly approach and how prompt she has been with answering all our enquiries during the letting process. 11th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)The worst estate agents in Amersham by far.<br>-We viewed 4 properties with Robsons and the agents showing us around often contradicted the property brochures.<br>-For two properties we looked to buy, we were advised not to bother viewing, both are still up on the market.<br>-We were pressured by staff into cancelling a viewing unless an offer was put in at the viewing, that house now remains on the market 3 months later.

30th Jul 2026 (6 days ago)I would highly recommend Straffords. From start to finish, the service we received was excellent. Luke was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He was always available to answer any questions and kept us updated every step of the way. Even while he was on holiday, he still took the time to respond, which really showed his commitment and professionalism. Leon was also fantastic and always responded quickly to any emails or queries we had. The whole process of letting our property was made so much easier thanks to their knowledge, communication and support. Straffords did a fantastic job marketing the property, with brilliant photography and a Rightmove listing that really showcased it well. They helped us find a suitable tenant and guided us through the process smoothly from beginning to end. Even now, we know we can get in touch with them if we need any help or advice, which gives great peace of mind. Thank you, Luke, Leon and the team at Straffords, for all your hard work. We really appreciate everything you have done and would happily recommend you to anyone looking for a professional and reliable letting agent.

He went out of his way to help us every step of the journey, with a level of care and professionalism that is genuinely rare. I was with another Agent earlier and they were ok but not a patch on Fine And Country, being in this instance Josh and Charlie. Impeccably professional, honest and wholly trustworthy. From start to finish, the team was professional, proactive, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. 10th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)I cannot praise or recommend Brown and Merry Wendover enough. I have never been one to leave reviews, but I felt incredibly implied to do it in this case. Our fantastic experience began with viewing the house we were purchasing. We viewed the property two times, firstly with Sylvie and secondly with Ruby. Both were absolutely fantastic experiences, and they both did as much to sell the house as the property itself. On both occasions we were handed beautifully presented brochures, which were fantastic additions to the viewing and more than anything, fantastic memoirs for the house we were purchasing. They were knowledgeable, kind and not in anyway overbearing, completely contrasting all other experiences we had had with estate agents. We submitted an offer for the property, which was accepted, and were immediately given all options in relation to conveyancing, processes etc. Once again, a really thought through stage. During our purchase, through no fault of Brown and Merry's, we began having issues with our solicitors. And in particular, issues with an enquiry from our conveyancers. We were advised by them to call Brown and Merry for advice, and upon doing so were passed to Claire. Claire took it upon herself to liaise with us, the sellers, the sellers solicitor, our solicitor etc. to assist in organising a resolution that would allow exchange and completion. She chased everyone almost everyday, updating us throughout and creating communication between both sides where there never was before due to incompetent solicitors. We had a point of contact for which nothing was too much to help with, and the purest example of someone going above and beyond where they were in no way obligated to. I truly believe without Claire's assistance, we would not be at the exchange stage we are now. Thank you Claire. In summary, if you are thinking of buying or selling through Brown and Merry, you'd be hard pressed to find anyone better.

19th May 2025 (1 year ago)Thomas Connelly have been good trying to sell our house. They have been polite and courteous when reaching out, and they have tried different things to push the sale. I would have really liked more feedback and more of a push from there end to get creative in the sale space but I feel the experience overall is a positive one.

Our house sold quickly but we have been waiting for many months in a long chain and suddenly had a very tight timescale to find and move to a rental. Elaine and team were extremely helpful. Nothing was every too much trouble and they guided us through a very stressful week. Thank you.
