Complete lack of communication, chaos in absolutely everything, inaction in solving the problems of the tenants!. ??The promises when signing the contract turned out to be empty words!. The agency created more problems for us than it solved! Waste of time, nerves and money! I categorically do not recommend!

I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

She was always very informative with new properties that she thought might be right for us and every viewing we attended to Katie was always there waiting to greet us and ready to showcase the property to it’s full potential. Once we found are property Katie was amazing in helping us with every step of the way. She made the whole process very easy with constant support and communication between us chancellors head office and our new landlord. We truly appreciate everything Katie done for us and can only describe her as totally amazing and wonderful in her role as a chancellors letting agent . I do hope all your agents across the country are as wonderful as Katie. Thank you very much Katie you’re a star ??

I initially spoke with Zia, who was incredibly welcoming and took the time to really understand my requirements rather than rushing through the conversation. It was clear she genuinely cared about helping rather than just handling another enquiry. Zia then introduced me to Gavin, who was equally welcoming and very easy to get along with. The whole conversation felt natural and productive, and I honestly found myself wondering why I hadn’t picked up the phone to this agency sooner. A genuine pleasure to deal with so far, and I’m really looking forward to hopefully building a strong and established working relationship between our organisations going forward. Highly recommended.

She was patient and supportive, while also helping to move a very stressful process forward without ever being too pushy, which we really appreciated. We also felt that Hunters Leighton Buzzard had some of the better listings in the area at the time we were searching. 3D modelling is an amazing idea. We would happily work with them again when the time comes :)
