We had a tricky situation with our tenancy ending and finding new place which needed sorting, and Adrian has an absolute legend in getting it all resolved for us. He is a lovely guy to speak with on the phone, professional, patient when showing me and baby son property to view, incredibly understanding, and most importantly, he actually gets things done. ???????????? We have years of previous experience with other letting agents and I must say that Wendy does stand out for her professional yet friendly approach and how prompt she has been with answering all our enquiries during the letting process. 28th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Our journey with Richard Watkins and the Amersham team at Robsons Estate Agent has been outstanding throughout, and while our purchase through Robsons didn't work out in the end, I have nothing but good things to say about Richard and the team. At every step Richard handled our long and arduous process with honesty, transparency, attentiveness, care, and efficiency. I highly recommend the team - their knowledge of the the local market is excellent, they take time to get to understand your needs as a buyer, and their advice is always sound - making a challenging journey as humane as possible.
16th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)The most important thing in business is communication which Hamptons sadly lack from. We had to constantly chase on outcomes of the few viewings we had which isn’t good business. I also found your telephone system to be nothing short of useless. When we called you we were always greeted with please hold as we are busy ! Then the system would shut off and you would have to call back again ! I can see why small independent people ( social Media experts ) who are hungry for business are winning against the high street outlets

21st Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Josh was exceptional. My father's house had been on the market with another agent for a number of months with almost zero viewings. We decided to move to Josh at F&C and he created a real buzz about the house sale and marketed it in its best light. As a result he generated a large number of viewings and shortly after an offer which we accepted. We had a long chain with a number of complications along the way, but Josh proactively chased and worked with the other agents in the chain to get it over the line. I'd highly recommend Josh & F&C.

14th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)The photography was 5star and the online advert was very good. However the handling of viewings was varied with the different estate agents seeming to have different levels of skill about selling the house and it's location. Communication was poor. I had to call them repeatedly for updates even when they had said that someone would call me. All the staff from Connells were impeccably turned out and very polite and friendly.

Our house sold quickly but we have been waiting for many months in a long chain and suddenly had a very tight timescale to find and move to a rental. Elaine and team were extremely helpful. Nothing was every too much trouble and they guided us through a very stressful week. Thank you.
18th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)We had to leave the UK and move to Australia due to family reasons, and were very apprehensive about renting out our very loved home. I wanted to find an agency that cared not only for its landlords but also its tenants, and through word of mouth, we were recommended Northwood. They managed our property completely under the rent guaranteed system which was a big weight off our shoulders knowing it was all completely taken care of, and they were proactive with maintenance requirements which was really important to us.<br><br>When it came time to sell, they were proactive and communicative. The house was on the market for a while but this was due to it being tenanted and off season so no fault of Northwoods and just the way the market worked! Eventually we found the perfect buyer and the sale process went smoothly. I'm almost sad to say goodbye to the folk at Northwood - thanks team especially Mark, Richard and Juliette! Best wishes for everything in the future!

10th May 2022 (4 years ago)1st Choice a friendly family run business always maintained excellent communication which I really liked, if I had any problem weekday, weekend, or on a holiday, Kelly would reply back to my messages for support very quickly and same day. When I moved in to the property it was fully refurbished to an excellent standard. One time during winter I had a problem with my boiler with no heating for a few days. I made one call to 1st Choice and Mark dropped off some electric heaters, untill we got it fixed through Mear's. Anyone looking for property to rent then I would definatley recommend 1st Choice.

He constantly kept in touch and went out of his way to recommend great properties, including ones outside his own agency listings. He showed a level of genuine care and warmth that far surpassed the agent I actually ended up buying from. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him in the future!

He was quick to respond to calls and emails and always happy to help resolve any issues that came up. Both Ryan and Sarah were friendly and personable, making them a pleasure to work with.

Ocean was fantastic during the viewing process and Francis and the team were great from a paperwork and advice point of view. Extremely responsive to emails and queries which has made a very stressful process much more manageable. Ocean was kind enough to support a second viewing to allow for me to take measurements prior to moving in and ensure that everything was set for our move. All of my questions were answered in good time and we are really grateful to the team for helping us find our new home.
