30th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)We had a very good service from Sandy Carter at the Chalfont St Giles branch when we bought our house in the village. We particularly liked the village and Sandy was very knowlegeable about the area also living in the vicinity. The 4 bed detached house that we bought had been empty for awhile and needed a lot of work however Sandy highlighted the potential and shared our vision. From our first viewing to our completion Sandy kept us updated and was proactive in following up solicitors on both sides and ensured that there weren't any unnecessary delays. We are very happy with how everthing went and are looking forward to showing Sandy our house once its is fully refurbished.
31st May 2026 (19 days ago)I would be very reluctant to place my trust in them again. We recently made an initial offer on a property, which the estate agent described as ‘putting us up there’. In hindsight, that phrasing was quite misleading. It gave us the impression we were already the highest bidder when that was apparently not the case. Despite this, we responded positively by increasing our offer, ultimately making it the highest — the seller later then indicated that we were not ‘committed’ enough to the sale, citing our initial lower offer as the reason. We had provided all requested information promptly, were in a very strong position (chain-free with a substantial deposit ready), and believed we had demonstrated clear commitment by raising our offer. This experience left us feeling the process was both puzzling and unfair. It is disappointing when a higher offer is ultimately turned down based on subjective justifications relating to an earlier bid, which I still find hard to believe. When I later questioned how another offer had been accepted so quickly and how the process had moved forward without our knowledge, I raised concerns that there may have been some impropriety favouring the other party. This was met with an extremely aggressive reaction: the estate agent banged his finger repeatedly on the table in an attempt to intimidate me while raising his voice. The other agents present sat back and watched without intervening giving the impression this was ordinary behaviour within this branch and scenarios like this happen all the time here.

22nd May 2026 (28 days ago)I have worked with many letting agencies, but this was the best one so far. From the start of the tenancy to moving out, everything was seamless. Telmo and Steve were wonderful throughout the entire year. Whether it was a maintenance issue or any fault in the property, they resolved it as quickly as possible. If you are considering choosing this agency, I would highly recommend them without any second thoughts.
20th May 2026 (30 days ago)My fiancé and I had the pleasure of buying through Carter Duthie. Isla showed me the property and was knowledgeable about the building and area, friendly and was always quick to respond. The offer process was smooth and every step felt transparent and well explained. On a subsequent viewing with Yvonne she gave us all the time we needed to see the property in more detail and take measurements. I called once after business hours and Adrian, the director of the business picked up and was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend the team here and when we move again will be using them.- 5th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)We have just rented a property via The Frost Partnership and the support we had from Wendy was superb! We have years of previous experience with other letting agents and I must say that Wendy does stand out for her professional yet friendly approach and how prompt she has been with answering all our enquiries during the letting process. Also, we must mention Julia, who too is very prompt and with a positive attitude, ready to sort necessary things out! Well done Ladies for examplar service and thank you very much for your support!
2nd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)As buyers, we found Robsons to be inflexible and unprofessional. We were chain-free, serious buyers in a good position, looking at high value family homes. As we have two small children and both work full time, we were somewhat limited as to when we could view houses. However we managed to arrange it so that we could spend a few Mondays in the area, without kids in tow. There were several houses we wanted to see with Robsons but were informed (rudely) over the phone that Mondays simply weren't possible as it was their admin day. We were eventually given one viewing late on a Monday. The agent turned up late, with a cigarette dangling out of the window, struggled to find the keys and then gave us a very surly tour. We never got to see the other houses that we were VERY interested in, and ended up buying in a nearby village through a different estate agent. I'm sure demand in Amersham is high enough that they do fine, but I was shocked by how unhelpful they were given how keen and able we were to buy.

He went out of his way to help us every step of the journey, with a level of care and professionalism that is genuinely rare. If you want someone who truly helps you through the whole process, Anthony is your guy. Highest possible recommendation!

I was with another Agent earlier and they were ok but not a patch on Fine And Country, being in this instance Josh and Charlie. Impeccably professional, honest and wholly trustworthy. 19th May 2025 (1 year ago)Thomas Connelly have been good trying to sell our house. They have been polite and courteous when reaching out, and they have tried different things to push the sale. I would have really liked more feedback and more of a push from there end to get creative in the sale space but I feel the experience overall is a positive one.

Our house sold quickly but we have been waiting for many months in a long chain and suddenly had a very tight timescale to find and move to a rental. Elaine and team were extremely helpful. 10th May 2022 (4 years ago)1st Choice a friendly family run business always maintained excellent communication which I really liked, if I had any problem weekday, weekend, or on a holiday, Kelly would reply back to my messages for support very quickly and same day. When I moved in to the property it was fully refurbished to an excellent standard. One time during winter I had a problem with my boiler with no heating for a few days. I made one call to 1st Choice and Mark dropped off some electric heaters, untill we got it fixed through Mear's. Anyone looking for property to rent then I would definatley recommend 1st Choice.

25th May 2026 (25 days ago)Very happy sellers! Dale provided excellent service and expertise at valuation. We went on the market at a difficult time in 2025. Speculation and uncertainty around the budget made for a difficult few months with no viewings. But, the week of the budget we had our first viewing with Beth and they offered the same day. We had a problematic chain, but both Beth and Dale both kept us up to date with progress and although it took a while, we have just successfully completed. The newest member of the team, Ben, communicated efficiently at exchange and completion and I'm sure will be a valuable member of the Bonners and Babingtons team.

Ocean was fantastic during the viewing process and Francis and the team were great from a paperwork and advice point of view. Extremely responsive to emails and queries which has made a very stressful process much more manageable. Ocean was kind enough to support a second viewing to allow for me to take measurements prior to moving in and ensure that everything was set for our move. All of my questions were answered in good time and we are really grateful to the team for helping us find our new home.
