His local knowledge was spot on, instead of dragging us through endless time-wasting viewings, he filtered our enquires and brought the right buyer to us and our home sold after just one viewing. He stayed on top of things throughout the sale too, chasing the solicitors when needed to keep everything moving. He was friendly and easy to deal with the whole way through, and it made the process so much less stressful than we expected.

Excellent service, professional and worked hard to sell my house in 4 days due to being proactive.- 1st Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)Our property wasn’t sold, we went modern auction method which is extremely confusing to clients and potential buyers . It looks as though we dropped the price majorly however the buyer has to pay the high auction fee which throws them out of the bidding as cannot afford the costs

31st May 2026 (9 weeks ago)Winkworths were great at finding prospective buyers for our Mothers home in Beaconsfield and secured a buyer in May 2025. That was the easy bit! We then had the most extraordinary family delays over probate and finding lost documents - and Justin at Winkworths had the tricky task of trying to keep our buyer on board - for a year! Somehow, through excellent and honest communications at all times with all parties, Justin managed this, and we finally completed on the sale this month to our original buyer. Thank you very much Justin and team!

21st Mar 2026 (19 weeks ago)Haven’t received any rent as a landlord since December 2025! They refuse to answer the phone, answer emails, answer instagram messages and I am now owed for the outstanding finances. Absolute awful behaviour - do not list your property with them!!!!

Margaret James stood out immediately for their deep local knowledge of Olney and their guidance on the best locations for our future plans.<br><br>Rob’s communication—day and night—was outstanding. He worked tirelessly with solicitors, kept the entire chain together, and remained persistently diplomatic throughout as he worked with our selling agent in MK. He as did she promised they would bring the chain to a successful conclusion, and he delivered.<br><br>The final touch was unforgettable: a personal visit with a luxury bonus voucher box filled with foodie treats and retail vouchers, a handshake, and the keys. Genuine care, hard work, and real commitment from start to finish.<br><br>We would wholeheartedly recommend Margaret James and Rob, who truly went above and beyond on our behalf.
