The rest of the sales team were also friendly and professional, helping us whenever we had any questions. We just wished we had more time when we went to view the house initially.

They are still the same bunch of people who will try to rip you off on every single occasion. Please avoid at all cost. There are plenty good agencies out there

We approached Leaders, and things started to go more smoothly for us. We had successful viewings, regular communication and finally a sale we were happy with. Kasey took the time to answer my questions, provide useful advice, and was always friendly and approachable. There was never any pressure, just genuine support throughout my search. That level of service really stood out, and I’m very grateful for the time and effort Kasey put in. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a helpful and professional estate agent.
27th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)Watch out. If you don't put it in writing they will lie and pretend you haven't told them. In response...... actually it's because I repeatedly told you the garage door was broken and the landlord was doing nothing about it. You ignored me and six months later you pretended I hadn't phoned and told you about it. Upon leaving you told me I'd be able to collect the washing machine if it was mine. Turned out it was mine but the landlord kept it and charged me for its disposal. All your inspections and inventories were in favour of the landlord You also appear to have several fake positive reviews about your company on this site.

Ross the estate agent was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process bridging the gap between buyer and seller which sped the process along extremely quickly, enabling us to complete within 8 weeks. If we ever decided to sell we will certainly be using Hizzy property to do so.

5th Mar 2026 (27 days ago)I recently sold my house with colubrid and cannot fault them , my house was sold within 2 weeks. We had around 30 viewings in the first week with several offers. I was kept up to date at every stage, we had a buyer pull out and the next day they had another buyer at the same offer ready to go. Special mention to Joshua who did the valuation , he made me feel at ease straight away and I trusted he could sell the house quickly. The whole team are really friendly and easy to get in touch with.

We spoke regularly to Mike Bidwell who was our main contact and he was very proactive in trying to move the purchase along. Mike also went out of his way to resolve an issue after we'd moved into the property, which we are very thankful for.
