We were very impressed with their total professionalism and treated with respect at all times. Nothing was too much trouble and no promises were made that couldn't be kept. This can be a stressful time but it simply wasn't. A huge thank you to Shelley and Chris for all their hard work. We could not have asked for more from the team and matters progressed so smoothly. They are still the same bunch of people who will try to rip you off on every single occasion. Please avoid at all cost. There are plenty good agencies out there

Charlie was absolutely outstanding throughout the whole process. His property knowledge is impeccable and he always made us feel confident and informed every step of the way. What really stood out was how personable and approachable he is — nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Charlie consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything progressed smoothly, keeping us updated and helping to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Having bought and sold properties before, we can honestly say this was the smoothest experience we’ve ever had. Charlie’s professionalism, communication and genuine care made a huge difference. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Charlie and Indigo Residential to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Fantastic service all round.
7th May 2026 (17 days ago)Purchased a property through David Burr, phenomenal from start to finish, really took as much stress out of the situation as possible. First up was Richard when viewing was very knowledgeable, friendly and honest about a property that does need some work. Happily walked me round the property and then gave me the space and time to look round by myself. Gemma, always on hand and professional for any questions or updates. Tim, I'm not sure we would have got this over the line in anywhere near the timeframe we did if it wasn’t for yourself. Nothing was too much, always happy to chase up all parties and keep everyone up to date with progress. If at any point I was looking to sell they would be my only call, thank you to everyone there.

From start to finish, she was thorough, proactive, and always kept in touch. Any time I needed to speak with her, she either answered straight away or made sure to get back to me promptly. This review is from my experience as a buyer, and I also want to acknowledge how supportive she clearly was of the sellers. Communication throughout was clear, honest, and professional, which made the whole process feel calm and well managed. It genuinely felt like a collaborative working relationship, with everyone kept informed at every stage. Kasey truly has your corner. When the time comes for us to sell in the future, there is no question — we would never use anyone other than Kasey. There is simply no one else I would be willing to work with. 3rd May 2026 (21 days ago)We had a long and, at times, really challenging journey to completion, but the team at Hizzy were amazing throughout. There were definitely moments where it felt like we were taking two steps forward and three steps back, but they kept everything moving and always kept us in the loop. A huge thank you to Ross, who we dealt with the most. He was brilliant from start to finish, always quick to respond, constantly chasing things for us, and just genuinely supportive during what turned into quite a stressful process. His knowledge was fantastic, and it really showed in the way he handled everything and kept things progressing. It genuinely felt like he cared about getting us over the line. It wasn’t an easy ride, but thanks to their persistence and support, we got there in the end! We’re so grateful for all their hard work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Throughout the entire process, Naomi was proactive, persistent, and always on top of things, regularly keeping me updated and taking away the stress of having to chase for information myself. I can’t thank her enough for all of her hard work and support. She is a real credit to the company and would be a valuable asset to any team.

We spoke regularly to Mike Bidwell who was our main contact and he was very proactive in trying to move the purchase along. Mike also went out of his way to resolve an issue after we'd moved into the property, which we are very thankful for.
