1st Aug 2022 (3 years ago)I dealt with Berkley estate agents when I was considering selling my property. I needed advice and a valuation. The service and the advice I received was excellent and hassle free. Unlike other estate agents who have either not got back to me, took the wrong details down. Once I have decided what to do I will go straight to Berkle.
16th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)The WH loughborough letting is filled with highly unprofessional staff with extremely poor communications skills. I left a property since July 12th and as at today, they are still holding back my tenancy deposit, saying they are waiting for landlord authorisation despite knowing clearly that tenancy deposit must be returned within ten days after tenant vacated the property

21st Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)Having approached 3 estate agents to value the property I was most impressed by the work undertaken from the outset by Steven Goff. Although not the cheapest in terms of commission they seemed more professional than the competition. Since placing the business in their hands I have been extremely impressed by their work in relation to organising everything such as viewings and marketing and updating me at every stage. I have been most appreciative of the work undertaken by the whole team and in particular Lauren.
17th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)Booked a viewing with Nyasha Mauchaza for yesterday at 16:45pm, and we confirmed this in the morning. During my work day, Nyasha texted to tell me she had double booked the viewing and I had to come earlier. She was very passive aggressive and rude about it. There was no apology or acknowledgement of her own mistake or the massive inconvenience this was for me as I work quite far away from the house and had planned my day around that specific time. I got an uber to get to the property and she didn't bother showing up or contacting me. I've also just seen her name pop up negatively in some reviews and that doesn't surprise me. If this is the caliber of staff at blundells, then the company is full of people with bad character and zero professionalism.

He made the full process very smooth, proactively addressing our needs and communicating throughout. I would without any hesitation recommend Innes England and they will be my number one choice if I require any assistance with commercial properties in the future.

There has been four years with the general running of a leased property followed be the sale of the freehold. Michael and all the staff have always been extremely supportive and polite. They would always return a call and keep me updated on whatever there was to know. It’s unlikely that I will need to use them again but if I did they would be my first port of call. Carol

The service and feedback from each viewing was prompt and timely. The sale proceeded swiftly and completed on time. Would highly recommend them
11th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Very telling most of the positive reviews elsewhere are from buy to let people.I wish estate agents would just offer buy to let landlords on their books properties first before placing it on open market. It stops everyone else wasting their time with viewings and offers that will go nowhere. Staff perfectly nice but as a cash buyer offering full asking price and not being invited to increase offer when rejected, supposedly by the vendor, it's very frustrating.
