Very communicative, reasonable during times of anguish and most important, a genuine person. I would and will use her for all future sales. I can only say positive things about how WPR handled the sale, both efficiently and professionally.

11th Apr 2026 (23 weeks ago)Well, where to start!? I met Dean Henderson almost a year ago. We viewed a property that was very unloved and in need of TLC! First impressions? First class gentleman. Friendly, not pushy, knowledgable and polite. Our journey to our new home has not been the easiest! Dean was literally a rock for myself and my husband. Would do regular check ins, even if it was just to see if we were ok. Would let us know asap if there was any new information we needed to know. Grounded and professional. It was a complete and utter pleasure to buy through Hamptons. Every member of staff would greet you with a smile and a listening ear. We are finally in the house I fell in love with, and Dean has a huge part to play in that. We will be forever grateful.

The fact that there was somone dedicated to making sure the sale went smoothly was wonderful as there are so many complex issues to content with at this point. Tina at Homes couldn't have been more helpful, always cheerful and positive and kept us updated of progress throughout the sale. Having bought and sold many times I am happy to say this was the best experience I've ever had. All of the staff were knowledgeable and supportive throughout the process.

She was very knowledgeable, new the area passed on my details to other offices. She kindly liased with my parents who view the property on my behalf. I asked, A LOT, of questions which she answered promptly and politely. I would most definitely recommend her services.

16th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)We originally bought our house through Charters, who happened to be the selling agent, and were so impressed by how well we were looked after as buyers that, when it came to selling our home, we knew we wanted to go back to them.<br><br>Toby was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He genuinely treated our house as if it were his own, taking the time to understand all the little details and personal touches that made it special to us. He kept us completely in the loop with feedback throughout and worked hard to make sure we found the right buyers for our much-loved home, not simply the quickest sale.<br><br>We really felt that Toby cared about getting the right result for us, and his personal approach made the whole process so much easier. We couldn’t recommend Toby and the Charters of Alton team highly enough.

Lisa was absolutely brilliant throughout the purchase of our new home. She was invaluable with her advice, always kept us updated and most importantly, whenever she said she was going to do something, she did it. We were able trust Lisa and that everything was in hand. That level of communication and reliability made such a difference during what can otherwise be a really stressful process. She went above and beyond to help us understand each stage of the process and gave us advice on what we could do to stay ahead of the curve in real time. She was also instrumental in keeping everything moving towards exchange, even communicating with our buyers’ solicitors when needed to help get things over the line. We always felt like Lisa was genuinely invested in helping us get the purchase completed and she was proactive, approachable and incredibly supportive from start to finish. We’ve dealt with a few estate agents during our house move, and Lisa really stood out. We couldn’t recommend Homes and Lisa more highly. Thank you so much for all your help!

They worked exceptionally hard right from the start to secure viewings quickly, and their communication was flawless. They were always quick to respond to our queries and genuinely kept us informed at all times with clear, honest updates.<br><br>What really stood out, however, was their continued dedication after the sale was agreed. They didn't just stop once the house was sold; they continued working behind the scenes, keeping us completely up to date with the ongoing progress right up until completion. If you want an estate agent that is proactive, communicative, and truly cares about their clients, look no further than Pearsons.

1st Sep 2026 (18 days ago)Very poor communication (no answers to phone calls) and limited contact throughout. The branch appears to be regularly closed and not open as in accordance with their opening hours on Google (don't waste your time driving there, you will hit a locked front door), making it difficult to get any assistance.<br>The branch displays properties in its window that do not appear to be marketed by the agency. This creates a misleading impression of the instructions they hold and raises questions about transparency.<br>Overall, frustrated and disappointed with this agent.- 1st Sep 2026 (18 days ago)?????<br><br>We honestly cannot recommend Homes highly enough, and in particular, Amy, who has been absolutely exceptional throughout the whole process.<br><br>To say Amy went above and beyond would be a huge understatement. Our purchase became more complicated than expected, including an issue with finding the service charge information relating to our sellers’ onward purchase. With very little progress being made elsewhere, Amy personally went out of her way to speak to a neighbour to find out the information we needed and then passed it directly on to the solicitor. What could have resulted in weeks of unnecessary back-and-forth was resolved thanks to her initiative and determination.<br><br>And it didn’t stop there. On the day of completion, Amy was actually helping our sellers pack boxes and take down curtains to help get the property vacated as quickly as possible. She genuinely went far beyond what we could ever have expected from an estate agent.<br><br>Buying a house can be incredibly stressful, but having someone like Amy in your corner makes such a difference. She has been an absolute angel throughout the entire process, and we are so incredibly grateful for everything she has done for us.<br><br>Amy is a real credit to Homes, and we truly cannot thank her enough. If you’re buying or selling a property, we would wholeheartedly recommend them. ?????

I was new to being a landlord so happily chose the fully managed option for my property.<br><br>Once this was complete I dealt with Steph, who again explained the process or getting the property ready to be rented with ease. She dealt with me, my maintenance bookings and potential tenants efficiently.

Kevin is always at the end of the phone if you need him, nothing is ever to much, if your looking for a company you can trust and know that they will look after you then Kingswood is exactly who you should choose!

In our recent move we sold and bought our houses through them and the overriding impression we gained was of a highly professional, but also a friendly, personal service.<br>We were selling a family home we loved, and we appreciated the fact that the whole team at Seymours took the time to get to know the house and understand how best to promote it to potential buyers.<br>We are particularly grateful to James who handled both transactions and worked assiduously to manage the whole process, skilfully liaising and negotiating with all parties involved. He was responsive with respect to our queries and kept us well informed. Despite some hiccups along the way, he was always positive and supportive.
