Their admin team quickly produced a quality brochure and a 3D tour, and within a week of instruction their sales negotiators had agreed a sale. Their progressions team tenaciously kept everything moving along with both legal teams, and they provided a weekly update so we always knew what was happening. Our final exchange and completion were very smooth too. We would recommend Lovelle to anyone wanting a quality Estate Agency to assist with their property sale.
3rd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Hannells have been highly efficient and shown that their experience was been instrumental in pitching the price at the right level. The property sold within days and very close to the asking price/market evaluation.

Olivia was very responsive during the whole process and helped to chase the process through with the buyers’. However, the valuation I was given was too high and I was forced to reduce the price to get a sale.
3rd Jun 2026 (11 days ago)Estate agency is not easy in this day and age. However, the team at Murrays work very hard to ensure the process is as good as it gets. They are responsive, communicative and experienced. I have used them many times now so that tells you that I trust them to do a good job.

19th Sep 2025 (8 mo. ago)The whole team were very friendly and helpful and were professional in their manner. Our agent Mr Amit Joshi was very personable and knew a lot about the clients in our area. He explained the process clearly and was true to his word about what we should expect. Excellent communication and very prompt responses to our calls.

They all need training including their managers as it’s a shambles dealing with them and from hear on out I will make sure they’re never recommended. They have no respect for wasting your time and money.

14th May 2026 (4 weeks ago)Wouldn’t use this agent again to help find a property. Communication was very poor throughout the process. We viewed a property back in February and were initially told the landlord wouldn’t accept our application. Later, after the property had not had many viewings, they accepted an application from us. We were completely transparent from the start about a recently paid-off CCJ. After going through referencing, we were left waiting only to eventually be told the landlord decided not to proceed after another interested party came along. This could and should have been communicated much earlier. The agency seems to prioritise landlord decisions at the expense of customer care and basic communication. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Lorraine was brilliant, got us on the market next day, better price point than we had thought and sold it within 2 days. Emma was fabulous at guiding us through a sale and a new purchase, she kept us updated, also helped keep us calm when we needed support and saw us all the way through to completion. I wouldn’t sell my property with anyone else. Thank you Lorraine and Emma, you were brilliant and I would highly recommend you both to anyone and GH are lucky to have such exceptional people representing them.

Natasha and Ian are a brilliant team — always willing to help, always one step ahead, and nothing is ever too much trouble. 25th Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)It’s really important to find an estate agent that can market, generate interest and ultimately get that sale you are wanting and Alexander’s can do this. What most people forget about is the process from accepting that offer to completion day, which can be a long time, in a long chain, with long delays from various solicitors and issues that arise. Molly Mcbride at Alexander’s is extremely tenacious, educated and has your back all the way to the finish line. She single handedly progressed our whole chain, constantly chasing up and down, jumping over every hurdle and there was a few! Had we chosen another estate agent I would still be waiting to exchange, it’s opened my eyes into how important it is to make sure you instruct the right estate agent with the right people. Thank you so much Molly!
