21st Aug 2026 (25 days ago)I am the executor of a will for a very dear friend whose property is on the market with Strada.<br>I made a special journey into their office to explain my situation & left my name & number with a brief note asking to be kept in the loop regarding progress of the sale.<br>I did this on July 31, 3 weeks have now passed & nobody has had the decency to contact me.<br>I know my message was received as someone telephoned my friend's daughter the very same day.<br>I consider their lack of response to be discurteous & unprofessional.<br>Potential customers of Strada may want to bear this lack of communication in mind!

We eventually gave notice in writing to terminate the contract and nobody bothered to contact us to ask why we were leaving? Very poor customer service

She was always there to answer my questions and explain every detail clearly, even helping me with information regarding utility bills after the purchase. 23rd Apr 2026 (21 weeks ago)We actually sold and bought a property through Longstaffs. The whole experience was excellent nothing was too much trouble. Calls were answered quickly and they got back to us if the person was unavailable at that moment. I think we had contact with most of the staff but Tracey was actually dealing with our sale and purchase and kept us informed and updated on all aspects. We can’t thank them enough for everything they did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
