16th Jul 2026 (14 days ago)I wouldn’t recommend this agent at all, the amount of miscommunication was unreal and the referencing agents were very poor and very uncommunicative with each other. Very arrogant staff, very poor, very unprofessional.

Our agent Mr Amit Joshi was very personable and knew a lot about the clients in our area. He explained the process clearly and was true to his word about what we should expect. Excellent communication and very prompt responses to our calls.
21st Jul 2026 (9 days ago)From the moment I met laura we got the vibe for how lovely she was! We just gelled really from her first house viewing we did altogether.. she was kind and attentive to our needs and thought we would suit the house which is still our top runner to the present day! We are hoping we will deal with Laura more during our house move as we know we will be well looked after!<br><br>I just wanted to mention too that Laura and Dawn come to do our evaluation on our property and were very kind , attentive especially with me as a mum of a 2.5 year old that was very tired and worn out on our first day of potty training … something I won’t forget it how they really cared about me and my little boy during the whole time they were here and really apologetic about taking up my time. I felt really quite embarrassed at how the evaluation went as my son is going through a really tough time emotionally right now and they were really nice to me and made me feel at ease.<br><br>We will recommend Martin and co to our friends and family especially where Laura and Dawn are involved because there effects are seamless and patience really shines through.<br><br>Many Thanks,<br><br>Jasmine , Dean and Noah

As a first-time business owner, I had plenty of questions, but the team was always professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful.<br>A special thank you to Becky, who went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She was patient, supportive, kept me updated every step of the way, and made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel straightforward. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and I genuinely appreciated all of her help.<br>I couldn't have asked for a better team to help me secure my first commercial space. 14th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)Wouldn’t use this agent again to help find a property. Communication was very poor throughout the process. We viewed a property back in February and were initially told the landlord wouldn’t accept our application. Later, after the property had not had many viewings, they accepted an application from us. We were completely transparent from the start about a recently paid-off CCJ. After going through referencing, we were left waiting only to eventually be told the landlord decided not to proceed after another interested party came along. This could and should have been communicated much earlier. The agency seems to prioritise landlord decisions at the expense of customer care and basic communication. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
23rd Apr 2026 (14 weeks ago)We actually sold and bought a property through Longstaffs. The whole experience was excellent nothing was too much trouble. Calls were answered quickly and they got back to us if the person was unavailable at that moment. I think we had contact with most of the staff but Tracey was actually dealing with our sale and purchase and kept us informed and updated on all aspects. We can’t thank them enough for everything they did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

6th Mar 2026 (21 weeks ago)Unfortunately we found PL lacked communication. We often felt we were chasing and at certain points, they almost stopped making efforts which is really disappointing. We ended up switching to Oscar James who sold our home in a couple of weeks.

3rd Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)Positivity shines through from all the staff at Buckley Brown. The customer comes first and they provide knowledgeable information. Someone is always at the end of the phone to offer guidance or reassurance. The staff who came to the house to value/take photos/show people around treated my property with respect. Having lived here happily for many years, they helped me find the right people to love it when I have moved to my new adventure.

It was a difficult situation and Jodie, Alex and the team handled it with grace which me and my family appreciated immensely. I would 100% recommend them.
