4th Oct 2026 (27 days ago)From the initial valuation visit, and throughout the sale process, Matthew & Richard at Coopers have been excellent in every respect, providing a professional, friendly and courteous service and acting with sensitivity and sympathy when we lost our mum during the process.<br><br>Matthew even went the extra mile in helping us to move some furniture around ready for the photographer to visit.<br><br>The sales pack was highly professional and was quickly tweaked to address a couple of minor comments we had<br><br>Their communications have been great throughout; timely, informative and not overwhelming, and they managed the delay in the process waiting for probate to be granted very capably.<br><br>I would definitely recommend them to anyone selling property in and around Market Harborough.

At all times polite and listened to our queries. She was excellent in every way and ensured any concerns were addressed promptly and we bought the property. Saxton Mee should take note of the service and customer satisfaction we received.

We eventually gave notice in writing to terminate the contract and nobody bothered to contact us to ask why we were leaving? Very poor customer service

23rd Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Turned up to a viewing that they said they had no knowledge about even though i spoke to them on the phone with Phillip and confirmed it plus got email to confirm it and then they say they would ring me back to book in another appointment and spoke to abbie on the phone yet they haven’t been in touch and this has been over a week simply not good enough this was the property for 45 william street in newark not professional at all
25th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)It’s really important to find an estate agent that can market, generate interest and ultimately get that sale you are wanting and Alexander’s can do this. What most people forget about is the process from accepting that offer to completion day, which can be a long time, in a long chain, with long delays from various solicitors and issues that arise. Molly Mcbride at Alexander’s is extremely tenacious, educated and has your back all the way to the finish line. She single handedly progressed our whole chain, constantly chasing up and down, jumping over every hurdle and there was a few! Had we chosen another estate agent I would still be waiting to exchange, it’s opened my eyes into how important it is to make sure you instruct the right estate agent with the right people. Thank you so much Molly!
