Olivia was very responsive during the whole process and helped to chase the process through with the buyers’. Special thanks to Abi the Sales Progressor who was brilliant throughout - always keeping us updated, answering our questions promptly, and working hard to keep everything on track. Abi is an absolute star! We would definitely recommend using Northwood.

30th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)We brought a property from This Estate Agent - which was a 3 bedroom Bungalow- in the Skegness area- the Bungalow- nothing worked in the property and we had to spend a lot of money- upgrading the property- about 3 years ago We asked for a valuation on the property- This person who came out - was very rude and he criticised our property- as we had do a lot with upgrading the property- such as the garage was a other room - we had to strip the this room - as it did not fall into the council structure and standard- this Person- Mathew Holland - did not criticise the property- when he sold the property to US - this person is very rude and I would not recommend him or his services.

We eventually gave notice in writing to terminate the contract and nobody bothered to contact us to ask why we were leaving? Very poor customer service- 20th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)I cant thank Jordan and the team enough for the sale of our house.<br>Very straight talking and always keeping us in the loop, they didnt stop chasing when required.<br>I would seriously recommend this company to sell your house, there are so many options when selling your house with other Agents trying to push you into selling with them, which puts me off straight away, with these that wasnt the case, I went on face value and it worked.<br>Great Team.............

They stood out because they weren’t pushy at all — they simply provided the information and waited for me to contact them in my own time.Viewings were organised smoothly, and feedback was always passed on quickly. Communication with Kelly, Jodie, and Victoria has been excellent throughout; they’re responsive, down?to?earth, and explain everything in plain English, breaking down any jargon so you always know exactly what’s happening.<br>I had a couple of offers that didn’t work out, but the team were supportive and gave clear advice on how to move forward. During the final sale, their communication remained consistently strong — keeping me updated and answering any questions I had straight away.Such a friendly, professional, and genuinely approachable team.
