29th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)Georgia and the team were fantastic. From the initial listing through offers and final completion, they handled everything perfectly. We had to move a month before completion and they coordinated the handover with us being remote. Saved us hassle and costs.

Olivia was very responsive during the whole process and helped to chase the process through with the buyers’. However, the valuation I was given was too high and I was forced to reduce the price to get a sale.

17th Jun 2026 (13 weeks ago)The customer service from this letting agency is appalling. I had a viewing booked. My 2 years old son suddenly fell ill and was rushed to hospital. I was in the hospital with no service attempted to call to cancel my viewing no answer. 45 mins before my appointment I also emailed to confirm cancellation as online it advised the place was not available until August. 1. Misleading information over the phone and online about a property. 2. Shocking behaviour from the agent who was raising his voice at me and telling me I’m black listed. Will be posting my reviews all over social media and making sure no one uses this company. They do not even know how to speak with customers. So rude and disrespectful. I will gladly be black listed from this agency. Thank god! Do not use them at all. Never ever would I recommend this company lack of empathy for my situation. Give false information and then have the cheek to be rude. Disgusting behaviour !

Special thanks to Louise, who has always ensured everything ran smoothly and efficiently.<br><br>More recently, Brian and Piotra supported the sale of my property and successfully secured a buyer within a very short period of time. Their market knowledge, communication, and dedication made the entire process straightforward and stress-free.<br><br>As someone living abroad, having a trustworthy agent is absolutely essential. Winkworth were really quick to come and provide a valuation and book in pictures. They were really helpful in advising a sale price and sold my home within a week. During the sale they have also been really quick to respond to queries and kept me updated about chain progress. All the staff have been really friendly and helpful which made the experience even more positive. I highly recommend the fantastic service that Winkworth provide. They made the process so much easier.

It was so refreshing not to have to constantly chase for any news and they genuinely had my best interests at heart. They were always on hand with good advice and most importantly, always honest and upfront with me.<br><br>The whole process was made so much easier thanks to them. We can't thank Matthew enough for all the support with the never ending queries from our buyer and concerns raised following our surveyors report. 3rd Sep 2026 (12 days ago)Very disappointing experience.<br><br>I arranged a viewing for a rental property at 10:15am, which was the only viewing time available. As I run my own business, I rearranged several clients to make sure I could attend.<br><br>Just two minutes before the scheduled viewing, I received a call from the estate agent to say that the viewing had been cancelled because the tenant was unwell. I completely understand that illness can happen and that this was outside of their control. However, I was told that they would contact me to rearrange the viewing, so I waited to hear back.<br><br>Unfortunately, I received no further communication whatsoever. I have now seen that the property has been taken off the market, without anyone contacting me or giving me the opportunity to rearrange the viewing.<br><br>The cancellation itself wasn’t the issue. It was the lack of communication afterwards and the fact that I was left waiting after having rearranged my work commitments to accommodate the viewing.<br><br>Overall, I found the service very poor and the communication extremely disappointing. As someone looking to rent a property, I would expect much better communication and consideration from a professional estate agent.

Georgina has been extremely professional, very open and honest and always available either by email or telephone which I believe is of great importance when dealing with a house sale or purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend Georgina and her amazing team. 10 out of 10 ????

24th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)We have put our house on with William H Brown of Long Sutton, We are so impressed with their professionalism, how we were dealt with and made to feel thoughly confident in going with this estate agent. They were polite, friendly, big smiles and all very good at their jobs. I have sold 30 houses in the past and I have to say so far we are highly impressed with the staff and the Estate Agent. Fees are good, everything is made to make the experience a sheer pleasure for you. Today we have looked at our advert on Rightmove and have to say the photos and advert are just 'PERFECT' We would highly recommend William H Brown as a top Estate agent to go with if you want to sell your property. Well done to the staff and William H Brown and a big thankyou.
