We were looked after very well by Kiran Munder who replied quickly to all queries and arranged for the maintenance of the property to be done efficiently before the new tenant moved in.

Alexandra the lady who I dealt with was very friendly and nice I met her at the property I was early for my appointment but she was there already waiting. Very welcoming and was very helpful and answered all my questions. From start to finish Alexandra was very helpful putting my mind at ease when I had queries and helpful with the all the paperwork. I'd recommend Martin & Co Beeston after dealing with other estate agents these are by far the most welcoming and professional.

David, Emma and the team were very professional, easy to get along well with, and always available to answer any questions we had throughout the whole process. The efficiency with which they liaised with other agents involved as well as conveyancers just made things run so smoothly. I would highly recommend Thorps to friends, family and anybody else who asks!

We were buying a property that they had on the market and were unfortunately dealing with some less than supportive solicitors. Mel was amazing throughout and helped guide us through a very stressful process and helped us feel like our voices were heard. If it hadn't have been for the team at Hammond Properties, we likely would not have been able to move into our home before Christmas. A massive thank you to Mel and the team at Hammond Properties for their help in buying our first home.

I found the team to be consistently professional, hard working and very friendly. From the first meeting with Richard (and throughout), he was so approachable and gave much helpful advice. Followed by Frazer taking amazing photos, capturing the home beautifully. Both arranged viewings and provided instant feedback. Charlotte was fabulous with guiding me through the post sale process, pulling out all the stops getting us to moving day. I cannot recommend them enough! Lisa in particular has always been on standby, sending texts, voice notes and making calls at any given moment. Nothing seemed to much trouble and there was always a friendly vibe, even when things were tough. It takes a special sort of someone to always be happy and friendly in a job like this, and Lisa fits the bill every time! Thank you for all you did for the sale & completion of my property.
