The whole process went very smoothly and I would strongly recommend them!<br><br>**Update after 5 years:** I’ve now been using Oadby Estates for around five years across several properties and continue to be extremely happy with their service.<br><br>They have consistently found me high-quality, reliable tenants who look after the properties and pay their rent on time. Most recently, Ranjit was extremely diligent throughout the letting process and found excellent tenants for my property.<br><br>Ravi and Anup have always looked after me very well, and Anita was also fantastic recently in helping to resolve some maintenance issues.<br><br>Over the years, I’ve found the whole team to be professional, responsive and reliable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Oadby Estates to other landlords.

They were very helpful, thoughtful and caring throughout the purchase even when it was fraught with difficulties.<br><br>We were very grateful for the professional and prompt communication, and for the balanced negotiating skills from Jeremy and we were very impressed with Neil's friendly and open manner.<br><br>We highly recommend Brown and Co.

18th Aug 2026 (28 days ago)Had my property managed by them . Not happy with the way they handled when it came to an issue with tenant . The person in charge have not returned any of my calls dispite many messages left . Nobody took any responsibility on misshandeling and mistakes that was made .<br>I am still waiting for the last tenant to remove the rubbish they left in garden which will cost me a good couple of hunderd and the deposit has been returned without solving this issue.The property was left dirty also . It looks like nobody did their job and no last inspection was done .<br>I was told it was let to a letting company and their effort to contact them has failed .<br>All that management fees are to avoid this kind of problems or so I thought.

Grace was friendly and approachable from the off and has been in touch throughout the purchasing process. What we liked the most was that if Grace didn’t know the answer to one of our questions she went away and found out rather than making something up. We really valued this honest approach and it set the foundations for us to trust Osprey and want to purchase through them. Thank you!

Natasha and her team helped me secure the flat in the first place to dealing with any issues relating to the property or the building itself, everything was always handled promptly and professionally.<br><br>Whenever I contacted them, I usually received a response within the same day, and any issues were dealt with efficiently. At the end of my tenancy, my full deposit was also refunded without any problems.<br><br>Having rented through several different agencies over the years, I can confidently say Winkworth were by far the best and easiest to deal with. I’m really glad I had the opportunity to experience such a positive and professional service. I would definitely recommend them!

25th Nov 2025 (9 mo. ago)It’s really important to find an estate agent that can market, generate interest and ultimately get that sale you are wanting and Alexander’s can do this. What most people forget about is the process from accepting that offer to completion day, which can be a long time, in a long chain, with long delays from various solicitors and issues that arise. Molly Mcbride at Alexander’s is extremely tenacious, educated and has your back all the way to the finish line. She single handedly progressed our whole chain, constantly chasing up and down, jumping over every hurdle and there was a few! Had we chosen another estate agent I would still be waiting to exchange, it’s opened my eyes into how important it is to make sure you instruct the right estate agent with the right people. Thank you so much Molly!
