2nd Sep 2022 (3 years ago)We were very impressed with the service we received from Lovelle. The supporting evidence for their valuation gave us confidence that they were the right choice for us. Their admin team quickly produced a quality brochure and a 3D tour, and within a week of instruction their sales negotiators had agreed a sale. Their progressions team tenaciously kept everything moving along with both legal teams, and they provided a weekly update so we always knew what was happening. Our final exchange and completion were very smooth too. We would recommend Lovelle to anyone wanting a quality Estate Agency to assist with their property sale.
3rd May 2026 (13 weeks ago)Hannells have been highly efficient and shown that their experience was been instrumental in pitching the price at the right level. The property sold within days and very close to the asking price/market evaluation.
14th Apr 2026 (15 weeks ago)My father in law had instructed solicitors having had an offer accepted in July 2025 (house sold stc) on a property through Saxton Mee. Two weeks into the sale process he was informed he had been gazumped and another offer put to the seller that was £10k higher. How disappointing that in the modern age Saxton Mee appear to have no safeguards or policies to protect buyers against this unethical practice. Could not in good conscience recommend to any buyer. Edited to add: In view of the response from Saxton Mee below I have emailed as requested and provided the relevant details to allow them to corroborate that this review was not left in error and relates specifically to Saxton Mee’s Hathersage branch.

We were looked after very well by Kiran Munder who replied quickly to all queries and arranged for the maintenance of the property to be done efficiently before the new tenant moved in.

Extremely helpful in getting the purchase through at a price that was good for us, we were kept informed of progress, but more importantly they were very quick in coming back with responses to our questions. David, Emma and the team were very professional, easy to get along well with, and always available to answer any questions we had throughout the whole process. The efficiency with which they liaised with other agents involved as well as conveyancers just made things run so smoothly. I would highly recommend Thorps to friends, family and anybody else who asks!

11th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)If you are university student I would avoid at all costs!!! These are the worst set of people ever. They are greedy and selfish. They breached their own contract for students by letting people who weren’t students move into the same building as us which lead to homeless people constantly breaking in then kicked us out and moved us to half done accommodation. The accommodation had no WiFi for 8 MONTHS. When we initially moved in half of the stuff weren’t working and we had to find away to make it work ourselves. I had to live in room with mould growing despite me raising it to the agents multiple times and was told to just ‘open my window’??? Only when I had threaten to take it further is when someone came out to look. After them putting us through all of this, we were then charged for small things like having dust in our rooms or leaving things that were initially given to us in the room. The company and agents are greedy and don’t care about anything but money and themselves. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT rent with them for ANY STUDENT ACCOMMODATION!!!!!
