6th Oct 2026 (25 days ago)Well they got the job done in the end. But a mixture of a high valuation and very passive engagement with the market meant it took a long time to sell. Fair but not great communication and engagement during the process. The only two viewings that both led to acceptable offers, only came in the final weeks before we changed agency!

If we were to sell again we would choose Whitegates - and specifically ask for Julie! Went above and beyond in every way in what was a difficult process. Thank you Julie!:)

24th May 2024 (2 years ago)This is the third time I have used Pridea to sell a property. Exactly the same experience every time. The property sells quickly with one robust sale that goes through to completion. Not my experience of using other estate agents in the area.

They are always responsive, helpful and quick to sort out any issues.<br>Our washing machine was recently replaced, and everything was handled quickly and smoothly. We really appreciate their good communication and excellent service.<br>Thank you for taking such good care of your tenants.

18th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.
14th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)I'd recommend Open House to any landlord in Leicester. From the first valuation it was clear [Rahul] knew the local rental market — the rent he suggested was realistic and we achieved it. The listing went up quickly with good photos, viewings were all accompanied so I didn't have to be there, and I got feedback after each one rather than having to chase. Referencing and the tenancy paperwork were handled properly and the whole thing went through smoothly. Communication was the standout: calls and messages answered the same day, including outside normal office hours. My apartment is now let to a tenant I'm happy with. Thanks to the team.

Neil & Maggie have a very large knowledge of the market in and around Mansfield. Services they offer are very reasonably priced. They are often known for going above and beyond to achieve success with the client, if it is selling, buying or using their property management services.

We felt our preferences were considered seriously and incorporated into the advertising and photos. We were kept informed at every stage and were extremely patient listening to our queries and answered our questions in a really helpful manner.
