23rd Oct 2026 (8 days ago)We had 2 valuations, which were both the same ,though we decided to go with Masons because they included a number of things which were additional costs elsewhere. Also we bought this house from Masons and were very pleased with them as buyers. All staff are friendly and polite and helpful. We have had monthly revies and good feedback from them on the state of the market.

Royston was extremely accommodating for several house visits we arranged throughout the purchase process, he was always contactable by phone and replied immediately and clearly to any emails we sent him. Royston also acted as an imperative form of communication between ourselves and the sellers when the solicitors may have not have been so responsive. He personally allowed us to ensure the purchase went through as quickly and as stress free as possible and we are very grateful for his professionalism and helpful approach to our purchase from beginning to end. We were extremely impressed with the service we received from Davies and Partners.

I'm a first time buyer so was just putting up with it at first, but everytime I look elsewhere for understanding I find out just how much this agency is not working in line with normal expectations. They provide no information then chase you as if you're a nuisance. Information from them doesn't match up with what I get from my solicitors. The entire process has been much more stressful than necessary and I'm ridiculously disappointed. I have family moving up North and with how bad this process has been I'm at a point where I would encourage them to miss out on great properties just to avoid dealing with Lovelle Hykeham

1st Sep 2026 (9 weeks ago)Outstanding service—went above and beyond!I was really struggling to rent a property elsewhere, but Richard Greener Estate Agents went completely above and beyond for me. All the staff were incredibly helpful, but Ryan and Richard mainly looked after everything and ensured I successfully got the tenancy on the very first property I viewed with them. The whole process from start to me moving in took only a few weeks. They made everything smooth, fast, and stress-free when I needed it most. I cannot thank them enough for their support and highly recommend their fantastic team!
