14th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)Really disappointed to find the properties we viewed were nothing like the listings, suspect AI was used to "enhance" them.<br>The driveway of one listing was entirely paved in the photo, but when we turned up it was only half paved. The other half was pebbled, and had an access hatch or panel which isn't shown at all in their listing. The rest of the property was clearly not as pictured, plenty of work required that was not shown. Complete waste of time for all involved.<br>The person who met us at the viewing was really friendly, which was a stark contrast to the rude and standoffish person on the phone who didn't care about the feedback we shared at all.
1st Aug 2022 (3 years ago)I dealt with Berkley estate agents when I was considering selling my property. I needed advice and a valuation. The service and the advice I received was excellent and hassle free. Unlike other estate agents who have either not got back to me, took the wrong details down. Once I have decided what to do I will go straight to Berkle.

The house is our forever home and i very much doubt we will be making another move; however, for anyone considering selling or purchasing, we would give F&C the highest recommendation.

Everyone we dealt with was helpful, but a special shout-out goes to Chelsea, who was fantastic from start to finish. She was incredibly proactive, always chasing solicitors, keeping us updated, and doing everything she could to help us get to completion smoothly. Highly recommend!
15th Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)Couldn't ask for better more professional estate agents. Always keep in touch, either on the phone or by email. The advertising was fantastic, the staff were always polite and prompt to.answer if we had any queries. I would highly recommend them

Not only was she delightful but so encouraging and enthusiastic about my home - I don't recall getting this feeling with any other agency that I have turned to in the past . She followed up with a lovely email = professional but so warm. When the time comes we will definitly be using Connels. Thanks Geargia :)

Experienced zero support even when I tried to discuss strategy to ensure better interest in my property. I feel I wasted 16 weeks with little communication or care. Glad to be moving on with another local agent who has already proved themselves to be much more engaged with the seller than I experienced with Hunters in Horncastle.
7th Jul 2026 (23 days ago)They used old photos which kept automatically changed hardly ever had shots of the house front even though these were old a drive by would question if this is same property in my opinion also late for viewing leaving client to wait outside I should have checked on the office location and not assumed this was corby who may have had more local knowledge no proofs were sent prior to marketing

I can’t thank Tash and Ella enough for making my house sale run smoothly and quickly. From coming on the market it sold and completed in 11 weeks. Would highly recommend Benjamins. Fantastic solicitor recommendation as well. Thank you again for being amazing.
24th May 2024 (2 years ago)This is the third time I have used Pridea to sell a property. Exactly the same experience every time. The property sells quickly with one robust sale that goes through to completion. Not my experience of using other estate agents in the area.

18th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

We had many issues at the property we were already renting through a private landlord and needed to move out asap but weren't able to commit until payday a few days away when we viewed a property we wanted. Simon went above and beyond to help us secure the property. We work out a time line that worked for us to be able to do what we needed and simon and his team were more than accommodating and helped us when we were able to bring out move in day forward. We cannot recomend them enough!

Keeping us updated throughout quite a stressful process, making sure we were aware of everything going on at all times and someone remaining positive whenever we spoke to them.
