17th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Was told by DDM the house would sell at £100 k ,was given straight to i am sold auction co. That had it advertised for £80 ,000 then dropped it to £70 k within a few weeks. Because I turned down £75,000 I am sold wanted the buyers fees of £6500 off me !! I phoned DDM twice, first time told, the manager is busy doing paperwork. Second time told someone will phone you, never did . I sold it for £80,000 to avoid the £6500 . Well & truly lost out . On the auction site such a short time, a friend looking at the time to buying a house didn't see it advertised. Would i recommend DDM ? What do you think??

23rd May 2025 (1 year ago)Whilst the service up to sale agreed was fine after that limited if any progress, no sense of urgency, no keeping clients up to date Dates for completion kept being put back Resorted to speaking to my solicitor as MM were hopeless No update at all the week of completion so if it was left to them I wouldn’t know whether I was supposed to be completing today

7th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)We lost 2 house purchases across a torrid 9 month period - then Hannah and Glen @ Firmin & Co Crowland came to the rescue.<br>They found us our dream home and were amazing throughout the process, through quickly and thoroughly understanding our needs and catering accordingly.<br>Their knowledge and professionalism is second to no-one, but they're truly lovely people too which makes all the difference.<br>Hannah and Glen break the 'typical' estate agent mould and our relationship with them will extend far beyond the purchase of our new home.<br>Thankyou both!

I would highly recommend Home Sale to my peers. I preferred Home Sale to the high street estate agents as they are independent and personal to the seller and helpful when the sale went through.
