19th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Really poor experience of being a buyer through Remax, the house purchased was not as described or accurate according to Home Report. On entry to our home, no message to wish us all the best, no hot water, all the heating needing changed and based on the description was disgraceful. We asked questions at the viewing and told all was working and there hadn't been a leak which there had and now having to pay £10k on heating which was reflected as a '1' on the home report. TBH I don't think they asked the sellers any real questions and just marketed, took the money and moved on.

From the very first contact, they were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Their communication was excellent — we were kept informed at every stage, and no question ever felt too small. What really stood out was how personable and proactive the team were — they truly went above and beyond. Not ideal - feel like they had too much work to handle mine at the time. Would have fathered they had just said they were too busy than wait too I was stressed and lost out on buyers.

She answered all my questions during the viewing and in subsequent conversations. Zoe made the buying process simple and straightforward, which I appreciated, as it can be a stressful time. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Zoe, whether you are buying or selling your property. She is a real asset to Martin & Co.

Jenna ensured that the process went smoothly and without hitch start to finish. Her responsiveness (even when out of office / out of usual hours), attention to detail, knowledge and expertise made what could have been a stressful time a lot less worrying - a huge thank you to her, and Danielle, for their kind support and 10/10 service. 14th May 2026 (30 days ago)Firstly, I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Cullerton and his team for such a speedy sale of our house. Mr. Cullerton takes such time to get to know you and your property, he was very friendly, approachable and made you feel taken care of. Somewhere in his literature it talks about a "personalised service" and my goodness that is exactly what you get and you feel it. Greig and the others at Cullerton's too including Mr. Cullerton himself were so speedy and diligent in keeping us informed and were on the ball every step of the way without having to be prompted and I never had to chase them for anything. Also he is amazingly good at getting you quite a price for your property that I am confident will be considerably over what you feel it will sell for. Cullertons is also a one stop shop for your property needs, I would suggest you do not look any further if this is what you are looking for because you have already found it! Thank you again Mr. Cullerton and to Greig and team!
