Paul and his colleague Victoria were professional courteous and above all else determined to obtain the best price for me. The sale was smooth and Paul and Victoria guided us through the experience with confidence and expertise. They were on the ball and proactive at all times and always available to me on the phone.
I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Hamptons Esher.
2nd Apr 2021 (5 years ago)Savills Esher were open and honest, and absolutely nothing like the cliche of estate agents; not pushy and no tricks. I'd not hesitate to recommend them for either selling or buying through. They sold our house in 4 days, for 99% of asking.

1st Aug 2025 (1 year ago)We worked with Stuart on buying our place in Cobham and he was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. His personal approach meant that when there were delays in the chain, he kept very calm, managed the seller very well and didn’t put any pressure on us even though the chain was at risk. Very understanding, happy to help out where he could and someone we would definitely use to sell our place in the future. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

26th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)We instructed Davies to market the sale of my parent's former home. It had been vacant for some time, and in poor repair, as well as challenging market conditions. Davies were very energetic in generating viewings, and successfully negotiated an acceptable price. While our chain only involved 3 properties, the conveyancing process below became very problematic, and it is here that we were particularly impressed with Davies, and George Capon in particular. George worked very hard to get things back on track when things threatened to go awry, and always kept us informed and up to date, often outside normal office hours. We are not entirely sure that the sale would have completed successfully without his input, and we are very grateful for his efforts.
26th Oct 2021 (5 years ago)Do Not Try To Buy Any house With These Agents, we were purchasing a house in Weybridge through them (Holly cottage,Oatlands , after accepting our offer and agreeing the sale , our solicitor was processing everything , when without any notification to ours selves , They went ahead and put the property back on the market at 25,000 £ higher and then lied to us , that we had not even offered on it?!? Pure greed & dishonesty and I have never seen such an unprofessional agency do not use them !- 15th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Tom Ward was always there to help us and kept us in the loop at all times. He was understanding when hurdles cropped up and always showed patience and compassion to my elderly mother. A great agent in all respects but in this case with assisted living properties.

They have a fantastic team with a refreshingly positive approach to everything and certainly know how to sell a property, delivering clear concise sales messages supported by top quality videos and brochures, Other team members proactively monitor and support getting the sale through to exchange, something few agents do well. Based on my own recent experience therefore I would definitely recommended Hawksman.

Special shout out to David Harvey who was especially courteous and polished. His knowledge and experience reassured us throughout, but more than anything, he just picked up the phone to keep contact going.
A lack of communication can highlight exactly why people can have a bad opinion on estate agents, the difference here is you are instructing passionate professionals who are genuinely interested in property and your best interests.
There wasn’t even the opportunity to worry about particulars because David would touch base to fill us in before such questions could be asked.
The whole team supported us throughout, but David brought in a good buyer and within just 5 weeks we had accepted an offer on our property.
I can’t recommend Martin & Wheatley highly enough and they absolutely schooled the bigger names on how to do their jobs.

Jamie who looked after us through the whole process couldn’t have been more pleasant and easy to deal with, super quick with getting things sorted and always there when we needed him, A* service!
