23rd Oct 2026 (14 days ago)I would highly recommend Madeleine. Since we moved in, she has always been incredibly helpful whenever we’ve had any issues with the property, doing her best to get things resolved as quickly as possible.
Maintenance issues can often take time, but I’ve been genuinely impressed by her responsiveness, attitude, and willingness to help.
I’ve had a very positive experience with Hamptons, and A’s support has made it even better. Thank you, A, for all your help. I really appreciate it!

Moving house is a stressful and sometimes frustrating process, so it always helps when you encounter people who are professional and competent : )
22nd Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Not a good experience. Not that many of the other agents were much better. This experience is proof that agents are people of limited abilities who merely show houses in addition to Rightmove as the main source of footfall. When it came to any complications with the sale they were utterly incompetent and used UK law as a get out giving all the power to the buyer. We lost tens of thousands of pounds and were left with significant ill health due to the lack of urgency, support and professionalism in order to get the buyer to complete in time. It took an age and a lot of money and stress to sell. If you are unfortunate enough to be in a position to sell when you have bought with Help to Buy then they do not have the knowledge to support you with this. The only reason they have two stars is the fact that we sold. But it was a painful and expensive experience and the £5000 fee should have been halved. Appalling service. Will never use them again.- 26th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)We recently bought through Curchods, and we can't speak highly enough of Julius. The purchase wasn't straightforward. The sellers were tricky at times, and there were moments when the deal felt like it was hanging by a thread. Through all of it Julius stayed calm and collected, and he kept reassuring us that it would get over the line. In a deal with plenty of twists and turns, Curchods, and especially Julius, were the one constant that we could rely on.
Julius was honest, clear and transparent from day one. He never left us guessing, and he never told us what we wanted to hear just to keep things moving. At no point did we feel pushed or pressured. Instead, he was a trustworthy guide through the whole process, giving us the information we needed and letting us make our own decisions. Even though he was acting for the sellers, we always felt he was looking out for us and was genuinely invested in getting a fair deal done for everyone.
We came into this with low expectations of estate agents, and Julius completely turned that around. The current market is challenging and the journey to a successful outcome has been tricky, throughout the team have remained positive and supportive. I had a great experience with Gascoigne-Pees Esher during my property purchase. A special thank you to Tom Butler, who was proactive and supportive from start to finish. He regularly followed up with the solicitors and vendor, kept everyone informed, and helped move things along through each stage of the process.
Tom was approachable, responsive and always willing to help. His commitment and communication made a real difference during what can be a stressful time. A big shout-out to Tom for going above and beyond, and thank you to the Gascoigne-Pees team for their support.

Very accommodating with the viewings we had and any questions later down the line they got answered for us. I ended up renting a property that was listed through a different agent, but Harlie-Jade was really patient and energetic in setting up viewings for me. If anyone is looking to rent a property (either as a tenant or landlord), I couldn't recommend Harlie-Jade more highly!
1st May 2024 (2 years ago)Newton Huxley weren't originally on my short list, but I noticed they sold a house on my street way above the usual market rate so brought them in for a chat. Sam impressed me so much with his local knowledge and financial knowledge (he put me onto the Mortgage Charter which has literally saved me ££££s) so I selected them without hesitation. The property was on the market in days, first viewings in less than a week, and an offer a week later. Which was ideal as I'd found my dream home and needed to be in a better position than the others bidding on it. Thanks to NH getting me the right offer I was able to secure the house I wanted. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

It certainly wasn't the most straightforward sale and purchase, with plenty of challenges along the way, but from start to finish the whole team was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly supportive.
A special thank you has to go to Aaron, who was our main point of contact throughout. He was absolutely outstanding.
His communication was excellent, he was always available to answer our questions, he kept us updated every step of the way and was proactive in chasing things whenever progress stalled. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and his calm, reassuring approach made a huge difference during what could have been a very stressful process.
We are absolutely delighted with our new home and so grateful for everything Aaron and the team did to help us get here. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
