29th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Blain Firmin have been dealing with the sale of my late Mother’s flat. It was not an easy sale with short lease and not in the best condition. Mark held an open viewing day and sold it immediately getting an offer well above asking price. Mark has been an absolute joy to deal with. Helped getting a company to clear the flat for us. He kept us informed every step of the process and was always ready to help with any query we had. I would thoroughly recommend Blain Firmin they are a great professional company.

I let my property out with them for nearly 5 years, and I'm still waiting in January for the final month's rent to be paid back to me from the tenant leaving in mid-November last year. On top of that the tenant left the flat in a complete state and I'm yet to receive any deposit money back to compensate. Calls/emails to the agency are being ignored.

Throughout this time I have purchased properties with their support and they support me with my rentals. Phil and Paul have been excellent committed professionals for the duration of the time I have worked alongside them and communication has always been excellent. 22nd Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)We’ve now completed our second commercial property purchase through Nick and Sam and once again the service has been excellent.<br><br>This was a £1.3m+ purchase and there were additional complications due to the property being held within a pension fund. Nick and Sam handled everything extremely well, kept all parties happy and made sure the transaction continued moving forward smoothly throughout.<br><br>They were always easy to contact, including outside normal working hours and were consistently helpful, responsive and proactive.<br><br>This is now the second property we have purchased through them and they have found us two really strong opportunities. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and experienced commercial estate agent.<br><br>5-star service from start to finish.

I am very satisfied with the performance of Fullers and the entire transaction is very smooth even I have to arrange the matter via email communication with Fullers overseas. Fullers is a very reliable, trustworthy and responsive estates agent and is highly recommended.

I was extremely pleased with the support Helen provided me with the sale of my bungalow and she gave me good advice throughout the process. She was calm, determined and professional. Helen organised the staging and photography of the property to maximise all its potential. The property had many viewings and Helen followed up all viewings to ensure everyone had appreciated its unique features. I was kept fully informed of feedback from buyers. Despite my chain failing twice she remained supportive and encouraging. Even when Helen went on holiday she kept in touch with me making sure l was always fully informed on how things were proceeding. She liaised with the other estate agents to ensure good progress was made by all parties. In the final weeks she kept me calm and reassured. I have no hesitation in recommending Elite Homes.

1st Sep 2024 (2 years ago)Lack of feed back on viewings Turning up late for viewings Manager never checked to see how I'm getting on. No assurance No data updates on people interested in property. Manager had left and no courtesy call to advise. Not a good experience at all, felt let down.
