She always came prepared and had done her research on each property and was able to tell me all of the positives of each property as well as follow up each time. She knew exactly what I was looking for and always kept me in the loop of any new properties coming to the market that matched my criteria. When it came to selling our house, I knew I wanted Yvonne as our agent. She did not fail to deliver - she managed to sell our house in less than a week at full asking price - not as easy feat in this current market! Yvonne comes across as genuine and attentive. She’s a rare gem and we feel very lucky to have found her. 19th May 2026 (4 weeks ago)We recently worked with Zuplex to rent a property in Harlow, Essex. From day 1 the team were helpful. Dilber showed us around and answered any questions we had, and then oversaw the process of obtaining info for background checks etc. Berk was our contact for all the paperwork and every interaction with him was easy. Their efficiency throughout the whole process meant we were in the new home within a month of viewing it. I’d read a few bad reviews on here previously and honestly have no idea where they’ve come from, everyone we dealt with was polite, friendly and a pleasure to interact with. I’d definitely approach Zuplex if I was in the property market again, thanks guys for making a stressful time of our lives a little less stressful!
29th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)I wanted to bring to all Landlords attention, that Smart Move Estate Agent has got a criminal records. Smart Move Estate Argent unfair withheld all of the deposit money and refused to co-operate with me and my solicitor. They failed to return all the calls made by my solicitor and myself and ignored all our letters. Tenant was evicted out of my property and it was in a state of some considerable damaged upon the tenancy coming to an end and I had to spend in excess of £2,000 in remedying the problems. I have taking Smart Move Estate Agent to small claim court and I have won the whole of the deposit money. Also I have provided ample notice of my desire to dispose of Smart Move Estate Agent services and yet despite this they have continued to charge me, in my view without justification. I have issued the tenant with a section 21 notice, giving them at least two months notice to leave, but the tenant ignored the notices. I have also gave Smart Move Estate Agent two months notice that I did not required their service any more and I will manage my tenant until they will be evicted out, Smart Move Estate Agent have ignored all my letters and continued to make charge. I have clearly put them on notice that I no longer want the company to represent me concerning the collection of the rent etc as to my property. I find them reluctance to accept this disappointing and clearly in breach of the recent remarks of the Court of Appeal in the Foxtons Case. I was seeking a refund from them as to commission paid and subsequent to notice terminating they retainer. I have also took Smart Move Estate Agent to small claim court and unfortunately I have lost the court hearing, because I did not had the evidence showing that the tenant paid Smart Move Estate Agent rent money. Tenant told me that they have paid the rent money to the Smart Move Estate Agent, but tenant refused to provide me the evidence and this is way Smart Move Estate Agent has got the criminal record. Smart owning showed the judge 12 months transactions and lied to the judge and said that they have accept the terminating from me, they never showed the other transactions. Also Smart Move Estate Agent carried out repairs without letting me know first, and charged me when the item was one year guarantee, Smart Move Estate Agent sent me two invoices, the first one they sent to me was a washing machine invoice and then they changed they mind when I said the washing machine had a one year guarantee and then they said it was a fridge freeze, I also said to them that was also one year guarantee. They refused to give me the receipt; it showed that they have not repaired anything. At the court hearing they had a made up receipt, which was too late. I have also taken them to small claim court and I have won. That why I want to tell you my story to all the Landlord out there to beware of Smart Move Estate Agent Residential Sales & Lettings 16b The Concourse, Edmonton Green, London, N9 0TY. I find them rude and when they wrote a letter to my solicitor the letters were all mis-spelled, and they wanted to charge me ever letter they wrote to my solicitor. Good News! I am so glad to see the back of Smart Move Agent in Edmonton Green!

He was very lovely and even engaged with my son (about football ????????), when I brought him with me to collect my car. All in all, a very pleasant experience.
29th May 2026 (21 days ago)They keep reporting and removing reviews. My review had twenty likes on it as so many people think the same- this agency needs to be out of business! Two extremelly disrespectful men, who run the agency, hopefully will be shut down soon! They are literally operating by providing illegal certificates, fake information and letting flats, that do not have a very basic living standards! Please, take my word and avoid these people as much as you can, because this review will be too long to describe in detail, what are they putting their tenants through.Once they got your money, you will be ignored for ever. Terrible people, including their staff, who was half an hour late to the viewing without even excusing, and made awful judging comments. AVOID!!!

We went with Bennett Walden despite getting lots of valuations and quotes because it never felt like we were getting a typical estate agent ‘hard sell’ from Mark. He was straightforward and very easy to work with. We achieved the full asking price for our property in a difficult market and even when we encountered the usual buying and selling stresses, Mark was calm throughout. Would definitely recommend Bennett Walden. Five stars.

30th May 2026 (20 days ago)I've had dealings with quite a few managing agents over the years and sadly I've not been very impressed with their services. Novus seems to be an exception. We engaged them to manage our small block of flats and from the start they have been excellent. They answer emails very quickly and are empathetic to our needs. They are polite and efficient. They genuinely seem to want to help us and the block. We've been using them for 4 months now and I can't really fault them on anything. It's a refreshing change to the usual slow response and indifferent reaction from many other managing agents on the market. I'm very happy to recommend Novus to anyone else looking for a new managing agent.
17th Jun 2026 (2 days ago)Martyn Gerard handled the selling of property 19 The Glade in Winhcmore hill , which was marketed as 3 bedroom property. We made our offer and agreed on the price , after agreement we made a survey which we paid £895 and spent £500 on solicitor fees just to find out property is 2 bedroom and loft extension is not in the lease/deed. Few times we have been told owner will add it to the deed and we have lost 5 months dealing with the property and losing money. While we were negotiating , we saw property was put back on the market as 2 bedroom with a lower price , which is now reduced even more. I was very disappointment with martyngerard winchmore hill , which i expect to be profiessionals . It was a total disaster the way they handled the process , amatuers i will say.
