The property was not cleaned at all upon completion, communication throughout the process was consistently poor, and they failed to return important documents relating to the new energy supplier. Wikki, in particular, was extremely unhelpful. I would not recommend using this agency for a purchase of any kind.

I unfortunately had some major plumbing issues at my property. She quickly and competently handling everything on my behalf, keeping me updated as often as necessary. She really helped to alleviate the stress of a difficult and potentially very costly situation, and I could not be happier with the result. Everyone I’ve interacted with while using their services have been friendly, helpful and attentive. Exactly what you want from a property management service.

15th Mar 2026 (20 days ago)Here is a brief outline of the goings one which happened while the property was still under my ownership. 1 The keys to the property were given out on an adhoc basis to various trades employed by the potential new owners. 2 Potential new owners demolished part of the property 3 Potential new owners started decorating the property 4 Potential new owners gained access to the property without my approval on various occasions All in all a pretty pi## poor performance all round, when I emailed my complaint, never heard a word back , I strongly suspect the email never made it to the bosses in box or he/she didn't give a toss

11th Nov 2025 (21 weeks ago)In 12 weeks Only 1 Viewing no contact or feedback from the viewing, passed on to the Auction agent whos opening line "was well this has been an absolute disaster". Not a good experience this was capped off after 14 weeks with a mandatory 4 weeks Notice period despite no action and after a short dialogue this was reduced to 3 weeks with no viewings and 2 lines of communication so i felt punitive action to stop me moving on to a different Agent. 2000+ website hits 1 actual viewing- This agent doesn't have any reviews

They have been so patient with us, more than accommodating and fitting us in such late notice for a viewing which I really appreciated! I would recommend to both buyers and sellers. We were warmly welcomed by George, who took his time showing us around the property and explained every part of the process clearly and patiently. We loved the house straight away and submitted our offer immediately after the viewing. After that, Vicky became our main point of contact - and she was exceptional throughout. She guided us with expertise, answered all our queries promptly, and was always reassuring. We had a stressful moment when my parents’ flight from Dubai was rescheduled, meaning we had to adjust our exchange date. During that time, Vicky’s calm support and reassurance really helped put us at ease. I’d also like to give a special shout?out to Marjana and Debby for their wonderful customer service. Their friendliness, efficiency, and willingness to help made the whole experience even smoother.
