From capturing excellent photographs to marketing the property effectively and conducting viewings, their service was truly second to none. A special mention goes to Hayley, the sales progressor, who worked tirelessly to ensure the sale went through smoothly. An outstanding team of dedicated professionals whom I would thoroughly recommend.

20th Jun 2026 (2 days ago)My experience with this agent has been extremely disappointing they have literally put us through hoops and loops just verifying our identity. Even using there own app which proved insufficient in their eyes confirm8ng our ID .We instructed them in April 26 and they dragged their feet. If that was not enough. They then began to do the job of a legal adviser, raising issues of name change which was completely out of their remit. They cost us months its now June 26 . Very bad experience. Their procedures and practices on ethnicity needs to be monitored.

They were always at the end of the phone for any query and dealt with our house sale with sensitivity and respect. I would not hesitate to recommend Strutt and Parker.

19th Jan 2026 (22 weeks ago)I would just like to mention Gerard Biagioni who helped me find new tenants for my office I own but also introduced a prospective buyer for the office as I was given to believe my tenants were leaving but they have now changed their minds. Gerard has in my opinion gone above and beyond helping me with what are very difficult tenants and tricky negotiations and has fought my corner every step of the way. I cannot recommend him highly enough and would most certainly engage him should I have to in the future.

I sold my property within hours of it going on the market. My sale took longer than usual because of some issues in the process , but Donna gave her full attention to this and was completely dedicated to chasing the solicitors and updating me as quick as she could. Donna went over and above for me, even replying to emails on her day off. Thanks so much.
3rd Jun 2026 (19 days ago)After meeting with a number of local estate agents to sell our property, we decided to go with Connells due to their confidence and positive attitude to not only getting the property on the market quick, but also in being able to showcase it to the right prospective buyers. This resulted in a number of viewings and offers. Even through the whole process, which included probate, the team were in contact to guide me through the sale and see it through to completion in approx 3 months. I'm actually surprised at how easy and straightforward it all was, and well within the time frame Harrison and Jack had suggested it would be. Would definitely recommend the team at Connells in Rayleigh.

Having sold a house before, we were expecting the process to be a bit slower, but communication was good and things moved along smoothly. They kept us updated when needed and were always happy to answer any questions. 1st Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)I leave on 218 Harwich road 3 year ,was very old house, i let this house with Abbotts Property from Colchester, Manager from theare check with me this hoise before i leave and say everythig is the same how was before and hi does t see any reasson to take my money back from depozit, i leave i moving to Romania with my family and after 1 months this agency Aboots send my message i have to pay back 1600£ to change floor, toillet, garage door, etc so this landdor not coming any day in 3 year i spend my money to fix some things and now hi whany to clean and change floor with my money. So be aware with this agency!

16th Jun 2026 (6 days ago)Absolutely ridiculous mate they said they’ll pay us back our deposit if they cancel our application but emailed saying they wouldnt give our depo back dont bother paying them scamming company. When you pay holding deposit they said theyll take it off the market and stop other enquires but its funny because once i paid depo they never took it off the market and my friend sent a fake enquiry to see if they reply to her, not only did they reply to her, they also wanted her to send a depo. Extremely unprofessional

I want to give a special thank you to Carol Wade (Office Manager) who was amazing she guided me through the whole process, including all the references, and was so patient and supportive throughout. Geoff Burgess showed me the flat and he was very friendly and helpful. When i went to the office, I met Jemma Buisson who was also lovely and made everything smooth. Overall, the team were professional, kind, and made the process much less stressful. I would definitely recommend them.

30th Mar 2026 (12 weeks ago)I called on Friday to view a property to rent in warley for Saturday afternoon, I called 2.5 hours before to confirm the booking which was fine apparently, so I drove over an hour out of London to go see the property. Then 1 hour before my appointment I was called to be told that the agent was running late and if I’d be able to push my appointment back by one hour. Annoying, but fine so went and had a coffee in town, then drove back to the property and just 7 minutes before my appointment I was told that they’d no longer be able to show me the property today at all. I was absolutely furious but was assured I’d get a call first thing Monday to be shown around the property, surprise surprise no call at all. Extremely unprofessional and definitely wouldn’t recommend.
