The entire process was transparent and clear, with no grey areas. Having had a different experience with another agent in the past, I knew I would appreciate this. In a difficult market they had our property under offer in less than four weeks and, despite a few unexpected twists, negotiated our way through to completion expertly. Their communication was good and we always felt well supported throughout the process. All things considered we were very happy with the service we received.

They kept us updated throughout the entire process, were always approachable, and never came across as pushy or sales-driven.<br><br>I will certainly be looking to use them when we decide to sell and move home.

8th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)We had 5 estate agents come round to value our property and Matt was the number 1 choice for both me and my sister, head and shoulder above the rest. He’s worked tirelessly with viewings and marketing the property. Is always available if needed and on the very rare occasions that he wasn’t he returned our calls within the hour. He knows the market intimately and unlike other Estate Agents he doesn’t give you smoke and mirrors, he is open and honest and we have an excellent working relationship. Can’t recommend him highly enough.

I am unable to fault Via properties during the process and would highly recommend any other tenants looking to rent a property to go through Via.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

11th Jul 2026 (23 days ago)We booked a viewing with Jo and we arrived 15minutes early. Waited 45 minutes in total. Called them from the start multiple times about their estimated eta. Always said back coming soon. No correspondence from them about lateness. They never showed up or told us to reschedule. Extremely disappointing. Never experienced this with any letting agency ever. Could not be trusted as reliable.

The service from King's is exceptional, they are professional and dedicated . They make sure they do anything and everything they can. Everything is always explained . All these things were a minefield for me. I would never have managed and made the right decisions with out the exceptional and professional advice from King's. 9th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Do not waste ur time if ur black skin they will refuse u they are racist attended a viewing no one else even was there to view it the whole house was empty full of rooms and they lied and said other people got accepted only for them to send me the same viewing in a email days later for. Viewing at the same house by accident because they thought I was someone else and they was clearly desperate to get someone to rent it they did it even ask for any references or anything of what I’m entitled to nothing just jumped to conclusion straight away and ur if reading this dont waste ur time like I did complete racisim
