Dealing extensively with the Brookmans Park office the whole team was always responsive and insightful - particular shout out to Nicola - the branch manager. Attentive and informed - I'm almost sorry to see the transaction complete. Not all agents in Brookmans Park are equal - choose wisely if you want a stress-free process.

We dealt with Chris and he was a really nice, genuine, helpful person. It really makes a difference dealing with someone who goes above and beyond especially when buying a property for the first time which is obviously stressful! Worth mentioning Dan as well who was really nice and helpful too. Would highly recommend!

Throughout this time we had met all the amazing team at various points. Bailey did a great job on the video of our house, which created lots of viewings within days of it going out on social media. We always had excellent communication through each stage of the sale of our property, always being kept updated. Buying and selling a home is always extremely stressful, but Elliot Heath made the sale of our property as smooth and hassle free as possible, which really put the other estate agents in the chain to shame.
