From taking pictures, putting it on the website and telling me how the buying process was going. Telling me how many people were looking at the property and how many were interested in buying the house. She was really nice and caring about it. She went above and beyond all my expectations. She's a lovely lady.

18th Aug 2025 (9 mo. ago)Spoke with an extremely condescending member of staff called Stephanie today. Attempted to speak to me like I was a child and didn't know anything about buying property. I think she needs to have more training in customer service. Leanne, however, is very approachable and professional and I wish I had dealt with her as I had asked. I have been trying to arrange a viewing for a property for over a week now and despite asking them to email, they have totally ignored my requests. I will attempt once more before seeking out the sellers details to inform them of this unacceptable service.

Our house was on the market for just four days and sold on the very first day of viewings, before close of business. The team kept us fully informed throughout the entire process, with the office staff always on hand to provide updates and answer any questions — nothing was ever too much trouble. If you ask them to do something they will come and do some patch work and then again every month you are just chasing them to do the maintenance. They will increase prices but do nothing to help the tenants. All they are looking at is how to squeeze out the money. Very dissatisfied with overall services. Not recommend for renters.

Sound, sensitive support and advice comprehensively offered on various aspects of the execution of one will. Overall, a responsive and courteous service and one I would trust at any time in the future. And at reasonable cost! It is now 4 years since Louise, now a Partner with the firm, offered advice on my will and that of my partner. That advice has proved invaluable, as has been the ongoing consistency of her advice as my circumstanes have seen small changes. A polite, courteous, unpressured approach through which her fast grasp of issues has shone through. This is a legal company I can unreservedly commend.

Both Stefan and Aisling were always approachable and responsive, keeping us fully informed of progress on a daily basis. The result was a quick sale. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Batchelors, who deliver the best possible outcome. First class service throughout.
