A special mention has to go to Kim, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. She kept me informed every step of the way, was always quick to respond, had a clear strategy and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Overall, a brilliant service and a genuinely positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and effective estate agent.

Afterwards we were contacted throughout the sale from Ellece, who was an absolute star and could not have be more helpful throughout the process. So glad we chose residence.

I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to sell a house as they handled everything up to handing keys over to the buyer. They even facilitated some requests after the sell was complete above and and beyond what they should've. Great Estate Agent and a big shout out to Tain, who handle my property.

After the very first visit he found me an ideal property on terms of both location for work and family commitments along with a good price, travel access and local amenities. Craig has continued to be a great help and asset, on terms of contact for any maintenance or routine visits as well as guidance during the initial steps of the process. He keeps me updated with any work required and dates for visits which is greatly appreciated- 27th Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)We found Residence at all levels to be very professional, knowledgeable and their communication was excellent.

They have successfully handled everything from taking over a property that wasn’t in great condition, to organising repairs for pipe leaks, arranging independent inspections and managing ongoing maintenance. I particularly appreciate the clear monthly statements and communication, which make managing a property from abroad much easier. For overseas landlords looking for a dependable property management company in Glasgow, I would happily recommend R&G.

3rd Sep 2022 (3 years ago)Very unprofessional service from Corum especially in terms of the marketing materials. The floor plan they made was nonsense, the marketing text had clearly been thrown together and was riddled with mistakes (you would think an estate agent would know what is and isn’t a bay window?). I spent far too much time chasing them up to correct mistakes a school kid should have spotted. It’s clear they just want to collect their (fixed) fee for as little work as possible.

From the first tentative call about a possible valuation, we have met with consistently friendly, approachable and knowledgeable members of the team. From the outset, timescales and realistic expectations of the sales price were given and were very accurate. I did a lot of research prior to selling and spoke with a number of agents. In end, Pacitti Jones weren’t the cheapest but I was impressed with how they presented themselves and their honest, professional approach and it was an easy decision to choose them. I’m very glad I did! We had absolutely no issues with our sale, the team handled everything and kept us updated throughout. When I consider the great service we received, I believe they were great value for money
24th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I can wholeheartedly recommend the team at Yates Hellier. From the start Ross explained the whole process very clearly and put my mind at ease. I chose Yates Hellier as I was impressed with their promises of a more personal touch than the larger West End estate agents and they did not disappoint. Ross and Lisa were very easy to deal with . They were in constant communication with updates and viewings. The whole process from marketing to viewings went incredibly smoothly. Even when my initial buyer pulled out at the last minute, Ross and Lisa swooped into action and found another buyer in a matter of hours! Ross and Lisa dealt with all aspects of selling my flat and clearly know their stuff. They were highly professional, kept in constant touch and we sold our flat for a price we were delighted with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

The support through the entire process has been incredible and I can say that I have had a few setbacks in the process (outwith any control) however the team have navigated me through it. Special shout out to Sharon who without that support it would not have went the way it has. Anyone anywhere really should go with these guys! Thank you Gary and Sharon you have both been amazing and I will forever be grateful to you.

From the first meeting, I knew this was the right choice due to Scott's professionalism, knowledge and being really down to earth. We were unsure when we would actually put the house on the market due to us not finding anything to begin with, but Scott kept in touch with us and as soon as we were ready, he organised everything super quick and the house was on the market that week once all sorted! Our house sold within a week and this was down to Scotts work and Marc being amazing with the viewings. The communication has been next to none with constant updates and being available for any of my questions. Dealing with Scott and the team (Marc & Leanne) has been a fantastic experience and not at all stressful (as people tell you selling a home is!). Can't recommend them enough!
