28th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Charged far too much for maintenance jobs and then not done properly. Con artists trying always to get your money. Maintenance jobs are made up to make money from you and then use masking tape to fix things. Would not recommend

Calm and straightforward when we offered and in dealing with negotiations. He’s also been really helpful, patient, and responsive as we’ve tried to work through everything with two sets of solicitors. Thanks to Finley and the rest of the team as well. Everyone has been super friendly and professional.

The whole process from start to finish was brilliant, from initial valuation to completion. The whole team were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Excellent service!
29th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)Had a house on sale through Perry Bishop Nailsworth. The property was on sale for 12 weeks, it did not sell, the photos were very underwhelming. During our 28 day notice period, we had no contact or viewings booked in. And then we had a circa £400 fee to pay for the poor 16 week service which was not well communicated. We also received threatening emails chasing this £400. Would avoid if possible.- 17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)The estage agent we mainly dealt with was Jasmine. She has been absolutely brilliant from our first contact up until the completion. She is an excellent communicator and always kept us up to date and informed during the whole process.It was a pleasure having Jasmine as our estate agent. In fact her colleagues at Naylor Powell, Daisy and Ruth were also brilliant. I would highly recommend Naylor Powell as an excellent and efficient estate agents

He is full of knowledge and is so supportive and helpful throughout. The most helpful person I have met through the buying process. This isn’t a money focused review but I can honestly say his services are genuinely worth the money. I can’t thank Rory enough. I’m lucky I had your guidance as I didn’t think I could get my first home on my own, ever. This goal didn’t feel achievable for years.
