I highly recommend them: especially Yolande and Cameron who were both very helpful, highly efficient and lovely to work with. I have dealt with lots of letting agents over the years, but I can honestly say this is the first time where the whole process was seamless and stress-free! Thank you team; I'm glad I discovered you!

After that I did not have to do anything. Carol in the office arranged all appointments regarding viewing and kept me informed regally . This was a completely stress free situation thanks to the office staff. Thanks for everything .

A particular thank you to Gemma, Annie and Emma, who were all switched on, responsive and genuinely engaged. Emma, who assisted with the viewings on the day, was especially patient and kind, and handled everything with warmth and good humour. She made what can often be a tiring process feel far more like a pleasure than a chore.

Lisa Stiff visited and was very warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Lisa was able to provide me with an estimated price, inform me of the additional costs of selling a property and predicted time scales based on the current market. I would recommend Taylors, a very professional service.

The professionalism shown, particularly by Victoria Nugent, was exceptional. Also, the calm, friendly advice I received from Vicki Taylor did much to ease the the process and relieve the stress. Vicki kept us well informed and made sure that our wishes were well communicated. For that my wife and I are extremely grateful. Indeed, whenever I called or paid a visit I was struck the friendliness and efficiency of the whole team. Impressive.

Clare specifically is a fantastic Agent, she really knows the area and is quick to understand what you are looking for and makes well thought through recommendations. I would recommend Peter Joy to any one selling their house because as well as being good at matching houses to people, staff at Peter Joy understand how to go from offer to completion. Clare was even supporting me with my buyer as I wasn't lucky enough in London to have such a good agent. Should I ever move again (!) I wouldn't hesitate to use Peter Joy.

27th Feb 2026 (9 weeks ago)Jamie and the team helped us to buy our first home and couldn’t recommend the Hunter French Tetbury team enough. We had a lot of negotiation due to some additional land being purchased alongside the property but we were kept informed throughout and this resulted in a smooth and swift sale, receiving the keys just months later. We will certainly reach out to the team if we need any help selling/buying in future. Thanks again to the Tetbury team for their help and support throughout what can be a stressful process !

27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!
