Throughout the whole process he kept me posted and explained everything I needed to know. He went above and beyond as I'm sure a lot of the times he was calling me were way past his home time. Got my keys today and look forward to renegotiating in five years.

16th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Absolutely disgraceful service and completely unprofessional. I arranged a room viewing in Gloucester on Monday for Saturday at 11:30am. They refused to do video viewings or even send videos of the property and insisted I travel in person from Oxford. I spent money booking train tickets and was already on the train Saturday morning when they suddenly called to cancel the viewing. Their excuse was that the tenant in that particular room was sick. However, they had already told me there were multiple rooms available, so there was absolutely no reason the other rooms could not have been shown. Then they started saying they were supposed to give notice to other tenants, something they clearly failed to do because of their own incompetence. This company wasted my time, money, and an entire day because they cannot organise basic communication properly. Professionalism is nonexistent. Avoid these people completely if you value your time or expect any level of reliability.

From the beginning, Sharon and the rest of the team at the Bishops Cleeve office were friendly, efficient and professional in all aspects of dealing with the sale. Having local knowledge and trusted by the park home site owner meant that the process went very smoothly, which resulted in a stress free sale. Small items were dealt with quickly and I felt I received great advice at all stages of the transaction. A potentially difficult task made simple thanks to Cotswold.

It was a difficult market to sell in. We took Jason's advice regarding reducing our price which produced a flurry of activity. We eventually achieved a figure of just under 95% of the original asking price which we were delighted with. As Jason says "Trust the process". We have no hesitation in recommending Jason, Martin and Mark at Read Maurice

I had been looking for just the right property for nearly a year. During this time the whole team were so helpful arranging viewings around my schedule and keeping in touch during the purchase. Whenever issues around dates or logistics came up, we initially found ourselves worrying — only to realise there was no need, which says a lot given our past experiences with other agents. Unlike many property agencies, Hills genuinely care about their clients’ experience. They were consistently accommodating, supportive, and proactive. It’s clear they take real pride in what they do, and we feel they deserve recognition for operating at a noticeably higher standard than other agents.
