The quality of care, professionalism and support is outstanding, both for Landlord and Tenant. Dealing with Reece and Ian has been an absolute delight. If I could give them more than 5*, I would.

They worked hard to ensure we got the best deal for our house sale, lining up back to back viewings, following up with individuals, even spotting early on (before it became a much bigger problem!) when a buyer submitted an offer but then disappeared. It was almost no suprise when the house we'd offered on fell through and Foundations saved the day again, finding our dream house and securing the purchase. They really listened and understood our position and what we were looking for. Serena was incredibly kind, patient and thoughtful throughout the whole process, always taking the time to understand Mum's needs and never making us feel under any pressure. Her warmth, professionalism and genuine care made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier.<br>I'd also like to thank Sandy and the rest of the team, who were all friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Every member of staff we met was welcoming, professional and clearly cared about providing a first-class service.<br>Although we ultimately found a property elsewhere, that was simply down to finding a home that was the right fit for Mum. They did advise us to put the property on higher than other estate agents and then within 3 weeks suggested we lower it based on feedback on how the market had slowed. Eventually they found someone who really liked the property which was great. Very thankful to the team.
5th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have been totally sorry for renting with them, I have been looking for the solution of my bath has a leak and since May and it is already August and they do not solve anything, what a disgust of service.<br>And never complain about the mold that they ignored you like me.

He was confident, friendly and relaxed and assured me that Vickery would do the job. He was right.<br>He kept me informed about our progress calling me every Thursday with an update. Selling your home is an ordeal but Toby and the rest of the team at Vickery gave me the confidence to believe that it would happen. Thank you to all of them.

Communication was excellent throughout, and being able to chat via WhatsApp made everything so easy and meant I was always kept up to date. Nicole was brilliant from start to finish—patient, accommodating, calm and responsive and always happy to answer my questions, making what can be a stressful process feel much more manageable. I’ll strangely miss checking in with the team! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.
