23rd Aug 2023 (2 years ago)Ever since being a tenant in my current accommodation nearing 6 years I have nothing bad to say. Very reassuring from the get go, as a nervous, unsure 1st time tenant. Have helped guide myself, struck great communication on behalf of myself with my landlady. Nothing is ever a problem either if something needs to be done.
25th Jun 2025 (11 mo. ago)I arranged a viewing for a flat advertised on Rightmove, only to find that the property looked nothing like the photos or floor plan in the listing. When I called to question this, I was told the wrong images had been uploaded “by mistake.” This is completely unacceptable and feels deliberately misleading. It wasted my time and gave the impression of highly unprofessional conduct. Listings should accurately represent the property — anything less borders on false advertising.

30th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)I had a very good experience with Adam Thomas and Shannon Brosnan. Most importantly, Shannon was able to sell my flat when other estate agents had failed. I tried with two others before coming to them and they got me a good price and a great buyer. I am so relieved and grateful. Shannon is kind and helpful and really easy to deal with. I cannot rate her highly enough. I would say if you need to sell or let a property in north London, go straight to them!

Donna was great, she was very cooperative, professional and understanding, especially when my partner and I had to postpone the agreed move in date by a week due to personal circumstances. Donna sees the value in having a good tenant, and that can be a rare quality amongst estate agents. I gave one star less because the flat was not cleaned properly and some things need fixing, but that's with the Hindwoods repairs team, not Donna - she did her part great!
13th Jun 2021 (5 years ago)I have been using MSK for over a decade and have had an amazing landlord and agent relationship. Honest, fair and most of all have made sure my property has been not neglected by the tenants that have occupied over the years.

7th Jan 2016 (10 years ago)'Nick and I have done a number of deals together over the years in NW1/W1/Marylebone/Mayfair, in particular where I have valued properties for clients and informed Nick, after which he would immediately bring a client, before the property is advertised on the open market, who would transact on the property as Nick knew it was exactly what his client was looking for. Quality properties in sought after addresses priced correctly are very hard to come by. Sometimes deals have been complicated and Nick has overcome the obstacles and successfully pushed the deals through for his clients. 16th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)I second everything what's been said about Jo and Hallway! Jo wasn't our agent ( we were buyers ) so we were on the other side of the chain, but from the day she showed us around the house till completion day she's been on fire. Sometimes taking a simple information from solicitors took a life and a half and Jo was chasing each side like mad hatter. Whenever I needed an update or wasn't sure with something she's been on the other side from Monday till Sunday. Very patient with us first time buyers. Explained everything, always with details and even after completion she continuesly been there for us. I was feeling cared for although she wasn't even our agent. I am truly sad it's over and I won't have a laugh with this woman anymore ???? Love her sense of humour!!! Highly recommended

7th Feb 2026 (19 weeks ago)Really happy with K&O Estates. I moved to them after a bad experience with a previous agent where the tenants left my flat in a terrible state. K&O Estates were recommended by a friend and they honestly took all the stress away. They managed the full renovation at a competitive price, sorted all the certificates, and got everything done quickly. They also found a new tenant very fast, who already seems much better than the last. Would definitely recommend.
